I don't know where to start.. It was very dirty.. the person in charge is rude, she didn't clean the rooms for 4 days, they asked us more money than we had arranged... And 0 is too much for them.. Terrible.

The worst! Very dirty room like it was never cleaned. The outside door was very dirty around the frames, the lock was shaking and about to come off and the door seals were in the air. Entering the room on the left I saw a bathroom with dirt everywhere, from the floor to the tub and the sink. Moving on to the room, the floor, walls, furniture, towels, window, sofa bed were very dirty. In particular, the floor had dirt everywhere, the furniture was dusty, the sofa-bed was ready to fall apart, the glass of the balcony door was covered in prints, very dirty and the frame had the adhesive *****s on it from the day the windows were first installed. Imagine.... They didn't even bother to take these out. The towels were not washed. They simply dried them and brought them to us. One towel had a print of hair on it. We didn't even bathe that day! The bed was made, the pillows and mattress very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst. We were told that due to corona we had to write down on a piece of paper what we wanted and in the end they didn't even bring half of what we ordered. Not even coffee. At the pool it didn't even occur to us that if the room hadn't asked for prepayment we would have left. But unfortunately we had prepaid it. For what it offers it was very expensive. I wonder how it's still open and has 4 stars. We didn't see any locals there (obviously they know) only tourists. Be careful never to choose it!!!

It has nothing to do with the photos. Just by looking at the photos, you'll know you've come to the right place. At first there is no reception. When we arrived we went to the deserted reception where of course no one was there and looked around for quite some time to see where to check in. And after we got the phone they told us to go to the pool. There we found the owner with a booking pad. We had given 1/3 in advance and when we arrived he asked us to pay the total of the nights in advance which seemed completely unreasonable to me. I asked her to see the room and she replied "I don't understand your question". I told her what you don't understand, I want to see the room before I take it and she said ok to show you but what you are saying is absurd. Unfortunately we accepted it as there were no other options and we had traveled several hours. Sheets and towels changing only if you ask for it. The knobs as well as the bathtub had rust and many stains. The beach in front of the hotel was very bad with many large and sharp stones. We were told that the beach looks different every year. Last year had sand, this year was the year of stone. Strange phenomenon (don't you agree?). We had to swim only in the pool. The pool is in average condition, poorly maintained, many mosaics were missing and some days, even in the mornings, it was quite cloudy. No one was wearing a mask and gloves for COVID. Breakfast was for crying out loud. Disappointing. The a la carte meal was quite good. It says that it has WiFi in the common areas, but it doesn't work anywhere. Very few staff, no experience working at least 12 hours a day, who are terribly exhausted from running too much, but at the same time very kind people. A girl at the bar, two young waiters, one of general duties and two cleaners. And there are about 50 and more rooms. The lighting is minimal in the common areas, to the point where you might stumble or during dinner at some tables you can't see what's on your plate. My experience was not pleasant considering at the same time that the amount of the overnight stay was not at all equal to the benefits (110 per night).

Not hot water, not even antiseptic. Dirt drop no organization. NEVER GO.I'm leaving tomorrow and we waited 1 hour for breakfast that we prepaid and it didn't come until I asked for the money back. I can't wait to leave. The whole room was full of ants. 1 outlet was working. Not even a lamp outside at night. 2nd month without bathing. Unacceptable my god

Ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν ότι πιο όμορφο και πιο boho έχω δει ποτέ. Για 2 ώρες ένιωσα πραγματικά ότι βρίσκομαι σε νησί. Οι άνθρωποι που σε εξυπηρετούν είναι όλοι υπέροχοι και ευγενέστατοι!!!!! Τα φαγητά και ότι υπάρχει επίσης είναι όλα πεντανόστιμα και με πολύ καλές τιμές!

Κλείσαμε για περίπου 10 μέρες και μείναμε στην τελική μισή ώρα εφόσον κόντεψαμε να πάθουμε προβλήματα με το αναπνευστικό μας σύστημα από την μυρουδιά και την υγρασία. Για το σοκ από τη βρωμιά δεν θέλω να μιλήσω καν, διότι δεν περιγράφεται. Όποιος ενδιαφέρετε να δει την πραγματικότητα ας επικοινωνήσει μαζι μου. Έχουμε βγάλει φωτογραφικό υλικό και πρόκειται να το στείλουμε στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες... αφού το ξενοδοχείο δεν απαντάει στα αιτήματα μας. Τέλος η κοροϊδία σε αυτή τη χωρα. Υπάρχουν νόμοι και κανόνες για τους ξενοδόχους για την καθαριότητα κλπ., από τα οποία αυτό το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο δεν τηρεί ούτε ένα!

Katastrophe von wann die Bilder im Netz sind möchte ich gerne mal wissen so dreckig kaputt unfreundlich und der Strand ist sowas von wiederlich keine Liegen Getränke gehen aus für einen horror Urlaub gut geeignet. Zimmer werden nich gereinigt fast alles defekt kaputt oder marode schimmel nicht zu vergessen... .
