Due to a constantly flashing light between the ceiling and the platform under , it was very difficult to fall asleep.The positioning of the night lamp made it impossible to switch on the Light or reach my phone and my glasses.The ac is loud..so open the window for fresh air.The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear your neighbour.The duvet cover was ripped as can be seen in the picture.I hope that these problems will be solved for further guests.The waiter'Hakan bey tried his best

This hotel was amazing. The room size was excellent. Very spacious. The spa was very good and really good value for money. The staff were very friendly too.

The best lobby I have seen in Dedeman hotels.The breakfast is very good, delicious and has great fruits.The hotel is clean and well maintained.The staff is friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend the restaurant
