We booked ac triple room. room is clean. but the wash rooms stinky. smelly bad. bad smell coming to to room also. hot water coming from both cool and hot water taps . can't control. ac not working properly very old one and it was very noisy. then we complained and they try to fix that then the noice increased. We came to get some rest but we were unable to due to this issue. they should check those basic things before guests arrival. seems like they haven't service the ac for a long time . at last we switch off the ac and used the fan . with the heat we were unable to stay. so left this place. we asked for the advance refund. we didn't get the refund at the same day. however we received the refund after couple of days. not recommend. preciously this place was perfect. now we can't recommend to any one.

The place is not a value to the money.AC is far away from the room.Lack of maintainence visible.Taps are broken in the bathroom.Water preasure is very low in the shower.there was no water early in the morning.Intercoms are not working.Luckily there was another contact no we had to call the head n ask to arrange water.You can find a way better place for this amount of money in Kataragama

Stayed at Sunflower hotel for two days on the last week in December. The best thing is they have big rooms. Rooms are clean. Food is great but somewhat expensive because a dish ranged 800-1000 lkr. But they give large portions. There is a small pool but not busy. Overall stay is good and the environment is calm. Ideal for families with kids. Near to Yala block 5. Hotel arranges safaris.

The value for the money is great, a bit remote.
We had issues with the payment from ********** since they insisted that we had to pay on checkout even though we had prepaid everything.
They also claimed that they were not registered on **********
A couple of phone calls later everything sorted itself out so no harm.
