Best room service available in katra the most precious thing is delicious food available in hotel and the most important thing is serivce if we talk about hospitality then i will give 10 out of 10 i am suggest you guys come and stay there Regards Arune

The worst hotel you will ever book in your entire life. Lifts are not working at all , they just open it for your check in and then it is always not working (they say its not working and under maintainence). Washrooms are not clean , washroom's door handle is broken. rooms are not clean and they didnot help you in any issue. The photos on web are completely different from what actually it is.

Hotel is pathetic. Rooms are dirty. Bedsheets never changed. Toilet sink are broken. Lifts not operational. You hv to climb till 4th floor. Hotel staff is not helpfull and poor attitude. The picture shown in makemytrip and other portal is very good but actual position is very bad. I would never recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed in. The pictures of room on the website looked so attractive but in reality it was worse . I was there with my family and had booked 2x rooms. I had to change both the rooms later on. T.V. not functioning, A/C not functioning hygiene level was below par. The greatest mistake of my life was booking a room in this hotel. The only thing I like the most was the guy in the reception during day time he was very humble and helpful
