However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. "when I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope."
