It's located in main market of katra..rooms are spacious and hotel has ample parking space..staff is polite.. breakfast buffet was good not very elaborate..the have a complimentary pick up and drop to banganga which is great as you are too tired looking for taxis after the yatra.. perfect for families

Excellent place, taste food and very supportive staff, Highly recommended for all those travel in Katra. From back side of room complete track of Mata Shri Vaishnu Devi ji is visible. Family and kids enjoyed the stay and close proximity from bus stand and railway station, Katra.

We started here for a night(family of 6) We were “greeted” by the most interested reception staff, who couldn’t even look at us while he spoke, like he was forced to talk and only spoke only bare minimum words !! The staff at the restaurant though. They were really amazing!! nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was canceled because there weren’t enough people and was made to order. Out of everything the only thing that was decent was the aloo paratha and toast! Thankfully in the morning there was another staff at the reception who hada smile, was courteous, ready to help and good to talk to. Didn’t see their names but you’ll know who’s who is you’re there! This is nowhere close to 4 star experience. I would rate this a 2 star hotel. We were here just for a night because of pest control treatment done all over the hotel and 2 of us are severely allergic. We requested to cancel booking because we had not stayed here the next day but it was past check out time. We were charged for a room. Which was a bit much but only fair and understandable. The only good things about the hotel is the location and its name!! I wouldn’t come here again!

It has one of the best rooms, food quality is also good , staff is also keen to listen and it on market location , so everything is nearby walking distance . It has an ample parking space and is neat and clean and is well maintained.

The worst hotel I ever stayed The telephone intercom not working. You have to go down to reception daily and every time you neer any service to request Sockets are not working then you have to call.... sorry you can't call you have to go down to reception Bathroom latch will not fixed so you need to sing song while using bathroom. If you like to talk the ***ager or supervisor on duty they will send housekeeping By the way I paid 12,000 INR for 2 night stay
