I stayed here two night . Hotel newly built rooms were spacious, neat and clean . Food quality is also good . Specially you should try there Dal machani & dam Aloo Every. Staff is humble & polite . Thanks you team Vaishno devi heights for making our Yara trip memorable

I stayed three days here ***** wiyh my family. Hotel is quiet decent. Newly built, location is also prime easly accessable. Food quality is good staff is humble and polite Mr balwinder from frontdesk is very nice person, they helped a lot about yatra।

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, and the food was completely tasteless and of poor quality. They seemed more interested in making money on baseless charges than providing good service. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality, especially for families with children. They even charged us the full travel fare for a mere ounce of food for our 6-month-old baby! Despite confirming the room charges in advance, they added an extra ₹1000 compared to the online rates. The rooms were below standard—no kettle, no chair, and overall poor maintenance. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. When I asked for a bill for the amount paid, they kept saying they would send it via WhatsApp, but I have yet to receive

Best hotel in katra near by Railway Station. the most precious thing is delicious food available in the hotel. If we talk about the hospitality then I will give 10 out of 10 because their services. Hotel ambiance is superb and staff makes it even better like cherry on cake. Very kind and hospitable staff. Mr. Kuldeep at Reception is very polite and soft spoken. he guide us how to go Vaishnodevi. Rooms are also very specias and cleaned. Hotel is surrounded with green plants. Food was also superb. Excellent service and food.

I have booked for 2 night this hotel . It was awaysome stay in hotel vaishnodevi heights . Staff is very polite and honest Mr. Balwinder from front desk is very helpful person , they helped us a lot about our stay and darshan . We would love to recommend hotel vaishnodevi heights.
