Modern city hotel with compact rooms, friendly staff and intresting graffiti style design

Best location in Kaunas

Hotel is nice, location good. Hipster place . The experience with Trip.com was strange. I booked room with breakfast, it was also written in voucher. Hotel said breakfast not included. So it was a mess

Me and my friends had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel is brand new very well designed and modern. Definitely recommended.

The overall environment is good, with some industrial style. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. The cleaning is very clean and all the facilities are available. The only thing is that the hotel does not provide free bottled drinking water.

It was a stay where I arrived in the middle of the night and just slept. The design of the room is too elaborate and the usability is not so good. It's a feeling of likes and dislikes. I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know.

Located in the city center, convenient for travel and dining, new decoration style, recommended

Received by a grumpy young receptionist who didn’t seems to like to be disturbed. No restaurant in the hotel only a coffee area for breakfast. The drain in bathroom was completely blocked and water was running into the room. Bad maintenance. Next time I will find another hotel in Tartu.

I have very low rating because it wasn’t so clean in the toilet (in the toilet there were still some dump from previous tenant…) moreover, when I tried to communicate over this with the reception it was impossible for there were so many people queuing up at the reception for check-in check-out and drinks and food. It seems that there was some understaff issue. As Moxy is part of Marriott and set itself as younger vibe, I would kind of expect it to at least present it cleaner and with a bit of structure as well as organisation. It is quite disappointing.

It is a very "modern" hotel, possibly very popular for the Baltic mentality, but I prefer the comfort of a wardrobe to hang my clothes, a table to work at in the room, a chair to sit comfortably. I didn't like it. I do not recommend it.

We need more Moxy hotels around! Great location, stylish, friendly staff. Breakfast could be better (bread and croissants were stale).
