Hotel is a bit far from Main Street but have free tram service in front of door, and breakfast is very basic and doesn't change all days. Customer service is good and helpful. Thanks.

Broken air conditioner, took forever to get moved to a different room and it was late at night. and then it was a downgrade from what we had.. we upgraded to a corner balcony when we checked in but were moved to a regular balcony.

Came for a show at Kauffman Center. Really enjoyed the Street Car option right outside the hotel. Paid extra for a corner balcony. Everything was great.
