We spent two beautiful weeks at Berke Ranch for the second time. The whole stuff is amazing, from the Housekeeping, service, night manager to the kind Hotel Manager. They all take exceptional care of their guests and are determined to make them a wonderful time! A special thanks to Figen from service, she greets us with her beautiful and lovely smile each day in the morning and is such a loving person. They offer a shuttle (no extra costs) to the Qualista Beach which is very convenient as you can enjoy the peace and quietness of the nature at the Ranch but have access to the Beach within a 10-minute drive. They also take good care of their horses and the whole plants and the pure nature surrounding the Ranch, which was a very important aspect for us. We book Halfboard as the food is very good, Breakfast Buffet has varieties of origin food and also intercontinental items and a lot of choices for every taste. The dinner is great and they consider my vegetarian request with wonderful care and made a tasty, delicous and fresh menue each day (starter soup, main course, salad and dessert). We reccommend to book one of their Forest Rooms which is only a bit more expensive than their standard rooms (we paid 20€ upgrade fee per night) and you get a beautiful, spacious and bright country style room with a nice terrace where you can enjoy their beautiful surroundings and have a nice glass of wine in the evening. Absolutely terrible service, unbelievably bad personal. They just don't care about anything I went here during the company trip. THEY HAVE F****ING BEDBUGS!! At 2nd day I noticed trace of red dots on my arm but I decided that's a coincidence. But atthe morning of 3d day there were red dots. Then I went to reception and told them about the problem and they said - we don't have free rooms right now. You can go and live with your colleague if you want. Can you imagine it? No, me neither. Then I went to a city and returned in 2 hours and they lied - we disinfected your room, it is all good now. How? When? In 2 hours? When all my belongings inside? JUST AWESOME. And during the whole story they didn't even apologize

A wonderful place for the soul and relaxation!!! I advise everyone to visit!) It is located in an insanely beautiful place among forests and mountains. The nature around is simply amazing!!! An incredible place and atmosphere ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful.There is a beach nearby. On the territory of the hotel there is a playground, a swimming pool, a terrace for relaxation, a spa and massage, a stable, you can ride horses on the territory and in the forest, there is a riding arena for horse riding lessons, in general everything is just charming. We were there on New Year's holidays, a festive evening was organized, with live music and delicious food. The atmosphere was warm and sincere. The owner of the hotel, a very polite and well-mannered person, personally organized the holiday himself, was in the hall all evening, being sensitive to all visitors. The food was delicious. The staff is friendly. Breakfast at the hotel is fresh and delicious. The room was cozy, everything was clean, towels, linen, slippers, everything in the room was in working order. The air conditioner warmed the room well, it was warm. Separately, I would like to mention the manager of the hotel, Gulbakhar , a very pleasant, sweet and well-mannered girl. Also, many thanks to the owner of the hotel, he is wonderful man! And we will definitely come back again)

I contacted Isa prior to arriving in Antalya earlier this month and he told me to contact him once I arrived which I did and I arranged to go horse riding now I had been bolted off a horse a few years ago which knocked my confidence I went from being a very confident and experienced rider to going back to basics which I wasn't keen on so I was determined to beat that this summer. When I first went horse riding I was picked up from my hotel and brought to the stables and upon arrival I couldn't believe how beautiful it is, I met Isa, I was put on Yarden (I think its the right spelling) and she was such a sweetheart, I had some photos taken which I bought and it was 100% worth it because the photos were so beautiful! I went out on a 2 hour forest hack which was so lovely, Isa is very funny, friendly and we had a really lovely chat! I booked in a lesson a few days after and it was THE BEST lesson I have ever had! Isa had me doing exercises on the horse to help my balance on a horse but I sadly have very low muscle tone in my legs so this 100% helped greatly and whilst I was nervous to even trot he had me trotting again and I felt so much more confident! I went out again on a 1 hour forest hack which was really lovely and I got put on the sweet Katya. We went about half way with me on a lead rope given what happened before and I eventually asked to come off it, I was so much more confident and towards the end at my own decision I walked Katya back to the stables and went on a little run which she enjoyed despite looking half asleep! In conclusion I cannot recommend coming here higher than I am already because thanks to Isa my confidence is so much higher than it was prior to coming here, his horses are VERY well cared for, you can see how much he loves his horses and if I come back I would 100% come back here horse riding!
