Great location downtown but away from noise and excitement from Duval Street. Loved Patrick at front desk. Genuine. Loved my spacious room and the amenities. I would return.

We only stayed one night however wish we could have stayed longer. Very convenient to Duval street and all the local bars. Yet quiet and peaceful. The grounds were very nice, the pool was clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. We did not have breakfast there as we needed to get out earlier then it started (7:30am). Would recommend and would stay again next trip to Key West!

I stayed here 20 some years ago when owners proudly participated in presenting a Martha Stewart like garden breakfast, afternoon wine and tour of then orchid garden. Quite different today although I feel the mattress and linens are definitely from 20 years ago. Bathroom vanity replacement allowed for a 2" space against the wall. Workmanship throughout was horrible. Shower curtain 4" too long. Curtains were hung visibly slanted. Toilet replacement showed caulk lines from previous toilet. First set of towels were so thin would not even make decent rag. Varnish on the exposed wood door was down to the bare wood. Itty bitty television. i miss the personalities of the previous owners, their hospitality and pride of their artfully presented boutique hotel.

A lovely building in a good location. Our room over looked the pool. The gardens were lovely and the guys on reception were super helpful. The only slight downside was that the breakfast room was rather small and both toasters should be replaced! But the breakfast choice was good and there was plenty of coffee available.

This is a lovely small hotel that has converted two houses into their hotel with a pool in the middle. There are also 2 cats on the property who are available for patting = wonderful!

This was our second stay. Love everything about the property. Great atmosphere, close to everything but also just far away enough to unwind. Staff is awesome, very helpful. Can't wait to get back!

Service and location were great. The rooms (ours anyway) could use a little updating; particularly the the mattress was pretty uncomfortable. But overall, the pros out weighed the cons.
