Качество сервиса ужасное. Администратор, мягко говоря дура и замка из деревни, не умеющая работать с клиентом. Не может членораздельно сформулировать и изложить мысль, не знает ни порядка работы с юр лицами ни как надо себя вести, грубить дерзит, вводит в заблуждение, говорит одно, по факту имеем другое. Сотрудники работающие с юр лицами аналогичные... Отвечают по Эл. Почте на заявку ни подписи, ни кто ответил, клиент звонит и выясняет, в том момент они там кричат и ищут конечного человека со своей стороны. Бросают трубку. Ну колхоз... Такой гостинице в пору работать в посёлке, но не в горобе.

Ребята, к сожалению остановились здесь на пару ночей в начале сентября 2022. Ужасный сервис начался сразу, как только отказались дать номер потише. Ресепшн приняла от гостя 1000 руб. в подарок, ничего не стесняясь. Здесь очень шумно и мало парковки. Ночью отключили свет и его не было почти сутки, хотя обещали дать через 3 часа максимум. Рекомендуем поискать другой отель. Хотя, конечно, вам решать...

Понравилось: очень любезный персонал. Наличие в номере необходимых гигиенических принадлежностей, чайника и чайной посуды. Удобная кровать, подушки, одеяло. Наличие столика со стульями. Окно выходило во двор, тихий номер. Отличное расположение гостиницы. Не понравилось: санузел. Очень неудобная маленькая раковина с длинным "гусаком" крана. При умывании вода льется на пол, на ноги. Отсутствие душевой кабины. При приёме душа вода льется прямо на пол и долго не уходит. В номере было душно, но окно не открывалось, отсутствовала ручка. Телевизор не работал. На завтрак был разнообразный шведский стол, но еда в основном холодная и невкусная. Непропечённые оладьи, омлет с большим количеством муки или крахмала, вкус яйца не чувствовался.
