Amazing day, very like it

The room was very clean. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was also amazing with the hot waffle maker. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great! 

Customer service good, but the rooms was not clean, they can do better.

Staff was polite. Room was good size but we needed larger beds. I should have paid closer attention to that detail. The water from one of the sinks had an odd smell. Breakfast was good

It was an okay stay. Some cleanliness issues within the room (some food crumbs on back of couch, dust on soap holder in shower) and a few maintenance issues (felt like water pooling underneath tub, sink leaking at faucet). Breakfast was pretty gross, no flavor in the eggs and weird consistency, waffles were chewy, not much of a variety of food or drink to choose from in general.

Arrived to property and was greeted by Sean who was very kind but knowledgeable about the property. Check in was easy. Arrived to my room exhausted and ready to shower and sleep to the shower being dirty. Tried to charge my phone and not a single USB charger in the room. No tissues. I paid more to stay at a “quality” property and received less than Quality Inn

The front desk was very personable and professional, Eva was wonderful! And her new assistant, I didn’t catch her name😊
