Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war nicht freundlich. Man fühlte sich, als ob man die Mitarbeiterin stören würde.
Wir haben die Suite, wahrscheinlich das beste Zimmer im Haus, bekommen. Allerdings müsste diese mal renoviert und eine neue TÜV-Prüfung der Sauna durchgeführt werden.
Das Frühstück war ganz okay. Allerdings gab es nur Filterkaffee.
Nochmal würde ich dieses Hotel nicht buchen.

Poor service level from staff both at breakfast (was 10 min late) and no flexibility in 30 minutes late check out time. Very lound in the rooms from the hallways - overall not I place I would stay again

Bra hotell. Synd att de inte fanns hiss. Vi bodde på 3 våningen med barn. Blev några vändor för att få med allt upp. men fint rum och stort.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, aufgrund der Kieler Woche. Für den nächsten Tag hatten wir einen Schiffstörn gebucht und konnten den Parkplatz auch für diesen Tag mieten (7,-/Tag), das war sehr praktisch, da Kiel quasi voll bis oben hin war.
Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet; Betten sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad war ok, für eine Nacht und 3-Sterne vollkommen ok. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut, von warmen, gekochten Eiern über Käse, Wurst, Obstsalat und knackigen Brötchen bis hin zu Kaffeespezialitäten aus der Jura war alles dabei. Dies hat uns gefallen.
Wie gesagt: Service und Frühstück klasse! Zimmer zweckmäßig.

Täglicher Baustellenlärm. Das Frühstück war über Tage nach meiner Meinung sehr sparsam. Aufgebackene Brötchen. Kein Fahrstuhl im Hotel, wir hatten unser Zimmer im dritten Stock. Bei Ankunft war schon die Bettwäsche verschmutzt, haben diesen Vorfall sofort bebildert und gemeldet. Wurde erst am nächsten Tag beseitigt. Keine Hotelbar wie bei check24.de beschrieben. In der Sauna bei 90 Grad kalte Füße, diese war undicht. Geplatzte Fliesen im Bad, die Risse war schon stark verschmutzt.
