Upon check out we were confused by the staff and were overcharged 3,600 KES. Upon complaining this was accepted and agreed by phone and email, and we would be refunded through the MPesa system. 2 months later this has still not happened in spite of the numerous promises. In the meantime, they have now blocked us from contacting them. Pathetic and dismal service.
