I had a very good experience on a 2night trip with my mum. Don't let the entrance reception dissuade you. Yes, the entryway could use some upkeep and maybe some flowers to brighten the place up. But otherwise, very friend staff, great customer service from the manager (James) and other staff we encountered at the restaurant and the pool. The food is also soooooo much better than most other hotels I've been to. They have a buffet style breakfast and dinner that we had with our package. The chef (Rana) was very attentive and went around checking on guests' satisfaction and food quality. The beach is accessible, though has some reef that you will need to swim passed to get to the open water. Overall, would definitely recommend, and hope to come back soon. :)

Excellent location with white sand đđ staff's are friendly and very helping, excellent spot for relaxing holiday away from madness of city life, if you like indian food one best place to be, about one an half hrs drive from mombasa airport.

The customer service is very good. Staff are genuinely pleasant and helpful. The hotel sits right next to the beach and is very relaxing especially if you stay in frontline rooms. It is an old hotel, but it is well kept and clean. Would have wanted more swahili food in menu.

We are visiting this hotel already for 5 years, twice a year. We have a rescue centre near the hotel and we can recommend this hotel so much where we also bring our volunteers! Since a couple of years there is a hugh big improvement of the food, we like every tasty meal. The chef is so friendly and like James the manager they are checking all the time if everything is fine. Also the rest of the staff is amazing, they do everything to make your stay complete. We cannot wait for our next visit in this hotel in November. Asante for your great service already for years! This is our third time of staying here and we wouldnât go anywhere else . The staff are exemplary and the chefs have gone above and beyond to meet my dietary requirements .( vegetarian with allergies ) The hotel manger (James ) is always making sure his guests are happy . Genuine kind gentleman .The beachfront rooms are very special. The location is stunning . Donât book anywhere else !

Good hotel, directly on the seaside. Fantastic place, good service. Food is expensive and always the same; not too much creativity in the food, mainly at the dinner. The rooms are wide and well maintained. You can have rooms (which in fact are cottages) with seaview.

They have the cleanest beach and well maintained rooms. The meals were amazing, especially the desserts! The pool was my personal favourite, always cleaned on time. The staff were friendly and approachable throughout my stay. Overall wonderful experienceđ

Overpriced (extremely) for the quality of the room and services. Food below average, rooms old-fashioned, cleaning service not perfect. We definitely don't recommend the place and will never come back.

Staff at restaurants very nice and helpful. Reasonable rooms. Curtains falling off though. Rooms have no WiFi as promised when booking Water in shower just lukewarm. Despite repeated requests. Not worth the money paid for time stayed.
