I regret to inform you that my stay at Villa Alina, initially anticipated to be pleasant, was unequivocally disappointing due to the subpar conditions and lack of adequate services encountered. Upon arrival, it became evident that the room allocated was in an unacceptable state, with cleanliness significantly below standard. The bed, intended for two persons, was a substandard, foldable unit, marked by dust and scratches. Despite multiple requests for cleaning, the room continued to harbor dirt, with cleaning services only superficially arranging bedding and attending to visible sections of the floor. The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with dust layers enveloping the shower top and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The radiator was conspicuously unclean, covered in sticky residue. Additionally, the SPA area was devoid of supervision, lacking essential safety features such as alarm bells in the saunas, posing significant risks to guests. The absence of monitoring has also led to the contamination of saunas by guests. Despite raising this concern with other guests and staff, no corrective actions were undertaken. I was informed that due to staffing constraints, proper supervision could not be ensured, with only a promise made to reinforce already visible sauna regulations. Regrettably, I contracted a skin condition during my stay, necessitating medical consultation with a dermatologist. Despite lodging a formal complaint regarding the aforementioned issues, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response from Villa Alina's management. Given these distressing experiences, I find myself compelled to advise against any future stays at Villa Alina, and I seek immediate redressal for the grievances mentioned above.
