Facilities: Very good Hygiene: Clean and nice Environment: Good Service: Very friendly, I will choose this hotel next time I come to play! I have friends who go there and recommend it to friends. It feels really good this time! It's rare to come across such a good hotel!

Nice, clean motel in a quiet location with a sufficient breakfast buffet. Would happily come again!

Apparently the hotel changed owners 3 months ago. Since then there has been no staff present and breakfast consists of old rolls, rotten pears and cheap cartons of orange juice that you have to find in the refrigerator yourself. Rooms are dirty and not cleaned. If you book the suite for 3 people, you will receive a camping bed with a 4 cm thick mattress. The planks lie at your back and the entire bed slides onto the laminate when you turn around. You can't complain (because there are no staff). There is no ventilation in the room (you can't open the window either because the bars in the street make noise until 2 a.m. and the garbage truck passes by at 5 a.m.). There are no curtains (see photo of how light it was at 6am (!)). No glasses in the room. No moltons on the beds. 1980s motel with hotel prices. We paid 155 euros for one night with 3 people. Ridiculous. There are much better (and cheaper!) places in and around Spielberg. The hotel has nothing to do with the Red Bull Ring, it is 4 km away.

Unfortunately, check-in is done without staff. You have to type everything into a computer terminal yourself. The carpet in the hallway to our room was completely dirty. The breakfast is a "cheap" breakfast (no idea what you call it). Everything in various packaging. Not much fresh stuff. However, the pastries were fresh and good. One of the towels in the bathroom was completely dirty. Simply awful. We paid around €260 for two people. That is simply a complete disgrace and absolutely not worth the price. €50 per person would probably be appropriate (and I have stayed in better accommodations).

Unmanned hotel. At the entrance it is not clear whether to use codes, credit cards or anything else. I opted for calling an operator. Quick and easy check-in on a large touchscreen. Conditions in the room not perfect: a plastic bag under one of the bedside tables and the container for facial tissues was empty. The breakfast very meager. The products are inside sliding fridge drawers but the contents are not always indicated on the doors. I only found out at the end that fruit juice was also available. Overall the breakfast was far below expectations with few sweet and savory products. Disheartening not having staff to ask....

The accommodation is getting a bit old!
