Some of the best pillows I have ever slept on. Breakfast was a little disappointing. First time we ever stood in line behind a barricade to be served breakfast.Options and quality were not on par with other venues we have stayed at.

It was really good. All of your staff were very friendly and helpful. I lost an earring down the sink, called the front desk and your maintenance fellow came immediately and got it out for me. Checkout was very quick. I like the way you do the breakfast buffet. Having an attendant was great and it kept everything smoothe. My best impression was your staff. It’s hard to get positive ppl who enjoy their jobs and are efficient. You have the right team!

The staff was very nice and efficient, the hotel itself however was very disappointing. Outdated in all areas and stale smelling. The room appeared clean but needs a total makeover. Not a place I would stay again or recommend.

Ouick check in with friendly and efficient staff. Lobby and room were clean and pleasant. The bed was firm and the comforter a bit thin, but clean and fresh. Pillows were too thick for me, but plentiful and again, clean. Breakfast was sufficient with a person who serves rather than serving yourself.

Needed a accessible room for husband.
Everything for wheelchair accessibility except bathroom. Why would hotels have a bathtub in these rooms. It’s not the first time, it makes no sense.
And far from front entrance.

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The hallway unfortunately had several large urine stains from guest pets. The hallway condition was poor and definitely needed cleaning. The room itself was in good condition.

Everything was fine until we tried to plug in our needed machines. Each side of the bed had a table lamp with two outlets. It sounded good until we tried to use them. None of them worked. We had to move to another room where there was just one side table, and one of the out,ets didn't work. Fortunately the clock had outlets that did work. I used the desk chair as a table beside me, after rearranging some of the furniture. Hopefully breakfastis good.

For a one night crash while on a very long road trip, this was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Standard (hot) breakfast. The only thing that was different, kind of awkward, was they had a hotel maid getting your food for you instead of you getting your food yourself at breakfast. It was like placing an order at a fastfood joint. It was fine except when like practically everyone in the entire hotel all showed up at the same time to get breakfast and it created a line. But, fortunately I got there right as the line was beginning to form. So I didn't have to wait in line. So, like I said, very different than any other hotel I've been in but the food was good and the service was fast (just not fast enough for practically everyone showing up at the same time).
