it was stated as a smoking room but honestly there’s no cigarette smell! conveniently located right beside a 7-11 konbini & a few more others down the road! i love how towels, slippers, toiletries & even pajamas are generously provided. the nearest exit is exit 6 (stairs) and exit 14!!!!! (upslope if you’re heading to the hotel down) has a godsend elevator! would def book this hotel when i’m back in kobe :-)

The room is very clean and tidy. Staff are polite and very nice. Location is not near to the railway station and need 15 minutes walking time. 7-eleven store is just at the next door.

The hotel is a little old but the service of staff is nice. From here to Kansai airport is convenient .

Quite near to train services. The toilet have a very strong smoking smell. For budget trip, yes is recommended.

The place was easy to find and is a corner building. When I entered the lobby, the person at the front desk greeted me and was helpful in getting us settled. We wanted to drop our luggage first while we waited for the check in time, so she served us on that and we went off. When we came back, our luggage was as it is and we were given our rooms. The rooms were clean, and sufficient enough for me and my partner to settle in. All the amenities needed was also sufficient.
There's no food provided but there are enough food places around the hotel, including a convenience store.

This is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff provided excellent service. It’s not far from the subway and the room was clean. If I have a chance to visit Kobe again, I will definitely stay here.
