Nice and comfortable. easy to reach near by areas. Vintage British-style hotel with BIG bathroom space and all good amenities.

Great hotel with good location and nice breakfast.

We were so pleased to stay this hotel. We enjoyed the cookies and coffee provided. Amnesties provided in the bathroom were excellent. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Overall, well kept and looked after. We would definitely stay again when we visit Kobe.

Carpet did seem a little dirty, bed was making sounds whenever there’s movements but for the price acceptable

Great hotel with really cool breakfasts! Not new, it's obvious that it needs updating, but at the same time very comfortable and somehow European: normal-sized rooms, large bathroom, super toilet, comfortable bed (there are questions about the bed linen, but that's if you're really picky). Of the small minuses, only not very fast internet. Otherwise - from the staff to the excellent breakfasts - everything is perfect. And from 2 to 6 pm in the cafe there is free tea, snacks and wine! Delight! Kobe is a cool city in general!

Although the facilities and equipment seem a bit old, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable to sleep on, and it's not too noisy even though it's facing the street. Not bad.
