The attitude of the staff is not very good, the facilities are outdated, but at this price I can't complain about such a big room.
The scenery along the way is good.
In translation, the name of the hotel is Shoulou Linshui Pavilion. There is also a hotel called Shoulou next to it. I don’t know if it is the main store or the hot spring?
An experience that exceeded expectations
The hotel is a bit far from the center of Kobe, but it is not too far from the surrounding Suma and Tsukimiyama Jr. Stations and can be reached on foot.
I ordered a set meal with breakfast and dinner. I will give you two coffee coupons at CI. You can go to the main restaurant (Shou Building) to exchange for coffee, but you can only dine in.
Dinner is also a reservation time at ci. When the time comes, the waiter will come over to arrange the dishes and serve the dishes. It is full of ceremony. There are three or four rounds in total.
The room has a tatami mattress and the mattresses are all in the closet. I was a little worried about how to lay them out, but when I came back in the evening, the waiter had already laid them out for me 😂
I was in a rush for breakfast and didn't have time to experience it, but I was given a lunch box and tea as an alternative. In addition, the hotel has a pick-up service. When you check out, they will use a car (still a very high-end Lexus) to take you to the station for free. I didn't contact you when you came. I don't know. Won't answer
In addition, the hotel has a bathhouse that is open for a long time, which is divided into indoor and outdoor parts. Men and women are separated. The famous Arima Hot Spring is in Kobe. It should be the water introduced from the natural hot spring.
Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable.
Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly).
It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊
Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.
It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station.
The location is convenient and the environment is OK.
The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.
Great location. Need to pay for parking. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Provide free sample size skin care products. Room is quite small but acceptable. Overall recommended
The place is nice and clean. The location is lied on the center of KOBE which is surrounding by all brand name shop and close to walking street. The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Very highly recommended . Considering a room is slightly big compared to a normal hotel in Kansai area
THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED, CLOSE TO THE SEA, THE PORT, YOU CAN TAKE A WALK IN THE EVENING. IT IS ALSO LOCATED ON THE STREET OF FAMOUS BOUTIQUES AND CLOSE TO THE STATION. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS, THERE IS GOOD FURNITURE, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND NICE PAJAMAS. THE STAFF IS NICE, THEY QUICKLY RESPOND TO QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECKING IN.
The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water.
During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.
The service was very good and the amenities we can take as many as needed. The food was very good also. Though the staff did not call to remind for our checkout time and we were 30mins late to checkout, the hotel did not charge us since it was New Year as their compliment for their customer. So thank you so much Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe and looking forward to stay here again when we go back here in Kobe 😉
