Wir haben über AirBNB gebucht und freuten uns auf eine Ruhige Lage jedoch nahe am Zentrum Chaweng gelegen. Als wir ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass die Adresse nicht richtig war und es 1.4km (15-20min zu Fuß weiter vom Zentrum entfernt war). Dort angekommen wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen welche lauter Probleme aufwies!: Dreckige Bettwäsche incl. Polster Einige Spinnweben und Spinnen über dem Bett Schmutziges Badezimmer (Rost o.ä. am Boden, Dreckige & rostige Armatur, Schimmel, schmutzige Toilette …) Allgemein Staubig und Fleckige Oberflächen im gesamten Zimmer Versucht zu Duschen -＞ das Wasser ging nicht und musste erst am Haupthahn aufgedreht werden. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten (genau der gleiche Zustand) das dritte Zimmer war etwas sauberer, jedoch nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Wir verlangten daraufhin eine vollständige Rückerstattung beim Chef des Hotels, welcher sich mittlerweile mit AirBNB verständigt hat. Derzeit sieht es so aus als würden wir das Geld zurückbekommen. Immerhin ein positiver Punkt -＞ Einsicht vom Chef und Personal, welchem unser Anliegen nicht vollständig egal war.
