After reading recent reviews we were anxious about what to expect when we arrived. Yes, first impressions of the room was it was very dated. When we woke up the next day refreshed and saw it in day light we realised the room wasn’t that bad. It had age related marks but it was clean. We had our room serviced every day to our satisfaction. The cleaner always went over and above our expectations to make the room presentable for our return with little touches. Only complaint really was the mattresses were very hard. All the staff around the complex were friendly and very attentive to look after us in the restaurant, bar including the life guard and the man who worked all day everyday in the shop. Food was good as we have experienced a lot worse on holiday. Fresh pancakes and omelettes cooked to order for breakfast. Ample choice of cereals and breads. I am vegetarian and was happy with my selection at all meal times. My partner is a carnivore and enjoyed the meats. Better labelling of food would have helped though as we had to guess some of the time what items were. Snack bar offers chicken nuggets, burgers and chips between times for kids and fussy adults. A hard working lady makes fresh savoury cheese pancakes throughout the day (apart from on a Monday), these were amazing! Beer was Tuborg always chilled. Wine satisfactory but not chilled, requested ice so not a big problem. Soft drinks were proper coke, sprite etc. Ample facilities around pool for example shop, hairdressers, henna tattoo at extra cost. Free indoor pool, tennis courts and table tennis. If you look at the total cost of your holiday and break it down it is value for money, our flights cost more than the hotel itself. Not many other families from UK so there was a language barrier with other guests mainly from Russia but not with staff. Outside hotel a ***** of markets and shops. Cheap taxi fare into Alanya. All excursions we booked collected us from hotel and brought us back safely. No issues and we would return. Thank you from Scotland!

When I first booked in the receptionist was worse than incompetent but things improved the next morning the staff work very hard the restaurant staff excellent the bar staff also are excellent the rooms are spotless we are now having a nice time but this hotel is not up to 4 star standard I stayed here when it was 3 star it has not had any updates and is looking very dated so moving to 4 star has raised expectations and 4 star amenities are just just not there yet but for a cheap and cheerful all-inclusive stay it's good value

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the level of staff incompetence beggars belief after my 40 years in the hotel industry I have never seen such a poorly ran hotel pretending to be 4 star I have stayed in this hotel before when it was 3 star hotel it was much better then they have 1 receptionist who would be better been replaced by a trained monkey my father in-law had to wait 40 minuetes to be shown to his room because in this hotel they have one receptionist 1 porter and 1 barman in the entire hotel was served flat lager in a warm plastic cup all there was too eat for supper was a bowl of uncertain soup and dried bread with no butter when we went to bed there was no tea or coffee facilities tried to phone reception but the phone in my room and when I was at reception an extended family who had booked e family rooms months before were told there was only 1 family room available they were told they and there kids would have to wait in the bar until 2.30am for a room dodge this hotel like the plague it is the worst hotel I have been to in my life if you are booked to come here no matter how cheep change your hotel

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, no food for English people especially children who love nuggets, chips and food like this, it’s ok you love salad, food what was edible was bland and dry, if the food was actually labled so we knew what was eating it wouldn’t be so bad either because I am not a fussy person and will try foods but nothing was labled just guess work every night and certain food was reused from dinner to evening meals and foods I certainly wouldn’t want reused, we stayed one week and never had clean towels or fresh bedding, staff ask you are you English and are rude to you ignore you, the entertainment on a night last about 40 mins, asked if where your from once again English ignored, I will say this pool was cleaned every night and my kids enjoyed to pool, and the lady who sits by the pool making like flat bread with herbs was the best food we ate, I wish I had taken the reviews seriously and not thort oh it’s just someone moaning, my daughter has come back with impertigo from mucky glasses and we ended up getting plastic glasses from the pool bar to drink out of, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone from uk, personally I think they should stop selling holidays to bristish people it wasn’t till last day I noticed there was serveral flags and non from uk, EU flag yes but we are out that now

I read the reviews before we booked and yes there’s plenty of bad but also some really good so took the chance that there was just some fussy people with the bad reviews but …. We have just come home tonight from the worst week at this resort. I may aswell have just thrown 2 and half grand away. Rude staff that can’t speak English. Food you have to see it to believe how disgusting it was . Even if there was food for myself (which there wasn’t ) there certainly wasn’t anything for kids, not even chips! Nuggets on the snack bar, deep fried, rock hard, left out in a big tray with flys jumping all over them. Cauliflower for breakfast??? Fish that had food poisoning wrote all over it and lots of variations of peas and carrots. We have had to eat out breakfast dinner and tea every single day as there was just nothing on the all inclusive buffet. Ice cream you have to pay 5 euros for unless you manage to get served in the queues at the beach bar for ice cream as it’s only 1 hour a day - 3pm-4pm. Paid for wifi which kicked you off every 5 minutes. Entertainment was an hour n half on an evening that wasn’t even really for kids. They had men’s night , ladies night and couples night. Don’t bother asking for a cocktail , you get what you’re given because they don’t understand you , which is usually vodka and orange juice. To say it is a 4* there were numerous repairs that needed doing to the room, which was very very out dated. Overall very disappointed, we couldn’t wait to get back home.

If your a young English family I wouldn’t waste your time. None of the reps/entertainments team speak English, entertainment was in Turkish. I never felt so uncomfortable with the way the enetertainers was death staring me and my family. Very very poor. Food wasn’t the best either, nothing really for younger children to eat, same food for dinner and for lunch. Really disappointmented with our final night as we had a late flight and they had a rave going on, not quite the family hotel I was looking for 🥴 but all in all the entertainment team reallt ruined it for me. Very rude and disrespectful.

Personally I can't understand the very bad reviews this place has got, some stuff I agree with but for the most part me and my family had a great time. Bad bit first: Food it wasn't to our taste, but lots of the other guest seemed to enjoy it, I was always able to find something to eat, but my other family members are a bit picky. Needs work: The rooms are a bit dated, but they are very clean and they get cleaned daily beds, are comfy and the balcony is fine. The night entertainment was good and fun the host speaks in all languages so you could follow what was going on, the only problem I have is it's a bit repetitive. The good: Drink all inclusive. yes there is only one bar open at night, but you never cue for more than a couple of minutes. different varieties of drink and they let us take a tray with many drinks on to our room. The pools are good there is, a baby pool, a large pool, a slide pool and a quiet pool all cleaned every evening, despite what some say. the slides are only on for 4 hours, split in two times but it was more than enough for my kids they didn't complain and as a family of four we never had a problem finding sun beds, during the day even when we come down a bit late 10:00 some days. All the staff were friendly . Not a lot to do in the area but the town payallar is about 15-20 minutes walk away, where there are plenty of shops, but not a lot of restaurants. Make sure you go on the pirate boat trip my family had a brilliant time and it was for me personally the highlight of my holiday, but book it online yourself you will save a lot of money. All in all we had a great time and I don't regret my decision to come here thank you xeno eftalia resort.

Hotel is quite nice. I'm in a 2 bedroom family room with 5 family members. In 1 room thers a fitted wardrobe bedside cabinet and dressing table. In living room thers a wardrobe and bedside cabinet but no storage in other room just 1 small bedside cabinet. My grandson and myself are both living out of our suitcase as no wer to put our clothes. Thers a hairdryer in bathroom, the shower is too high to attach to wall, about 2 inches from ceiling so just have shower hooked on to the side of taps. Thers no kettle, very small balcony 2 plastic chairs and small poolside table. Air conditioning in both rooms are really good, living room is an oven and sewage smell constantly from bathroom which if door is open wafts into living room .remember leave all dirty towels on floor to be changed. Pool towels available with a card given at check-in. The pool is a total nightmare, the hotel allows towels to be left on sunbeds all day and night so nobody can get a sunbed, this is why I have given it 2 stars and will never come bk. Entertainment is a joke. Food is turkish and European, not bad thers always something to eat. Not enough seating areas at night. The hotel is mostly Russian and German who are very ignorant (probably not all, but yet to meet 1.) On a good note ,private beach just 2 mins down a pathway, with covered decked area serving food and drinks included

We have just got home from staying here for 12 days.... the food isn't amazing but you can always find something to eat.... the entertainment staff are amazing and friendly they made our holiday fun with lots of activities for children and adults... rooms and corridors are a bit outdated.... there was also quite a few English there at the same time as us! We've had a fantastic time and would stay again!!
