We've just returned from 10 nights. Leon is lovely/helpful. Beds really comfortable, and everywhere exceptionally clean. Pool is lovely and quiet and spotless. very close to tavernas, old town, beaches.

Great little hotel, ideally located just a short walk to beach bars or a little further into Kos town. Leon and the team will look after you well. The place kept spotless and breakfast is good. Nice place to relax by the pool as well, there are plenty of sun beds. We had a great stay. Thanks to Leon, Sofia, Olga, Jana, Manos and the rest of the team

Very simple, but all clean. Friendly staff. Good location. We did not have breakfast but it looked nice. Love the many cats at the hotel. Very helpful staff with transport. One chair was broken but was replaced immediately.

Location was far and in deserted area. No shampoo, no conditioner. Rooms are too old and basic.

Leon the owner, is fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay perfect. The rooms though basic are extremely clean and comfy. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff are always happy and helpful. Great location being located close enough to lampi beach and Kos town, but far enough out for peace and quite. There is a lovely pool with bar serving cheap drinks and food. This hotel is a diamond find and we've booked for next year already.

Fantastic budget hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Great location for beaches and wondering into town. Owner Leon and all his team were so helpful. Very clean hotel.Good pool and its own bar and sitting area. Booked for next year.

Currently sat waiting for transport to the airport after spending a beautiful 10 days at this little gem of a place. Don't want to leave. Lovely location which gives the opportunity for a quiet relaxation or a quick walk into Kos town for a more livelier atmosphere. This hotel is beautiful and the family who run it are so helpful and friendly. Clean rooms checked daily have all you need for your holiday. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

we arrived at the hotel at lunchtime. We were promptly shown to our room. We were shocked that when we were told the air con was free of charge . Our room was basic but thats a norm for greece. We were on first floor nice balcony area. Our room was cleaned every day, bedding and towels was changed 5 times on our 2 week stay. the only problem we had was one night we went onto the balcony and closed the glass inner door. The latch dropped and we were locked out. So Partner had to climb over balcony to the steps down to the lower level to go to reception so we could get back in room.. thank goodness it was 24 hour reception. Or we would of been out there till the following morning. The hotel was in a good location 10/15 min walk to beach. 25/30 min walk down to the harbour. Supermarket was AB chain of markets only 3/5 mins walk. doesnt open on a Sunday. We only stayed around pool for one day. Was a lovely area. Small snack bar opens at 12 noon closes at 5. Sunbeds were a little hard got used to the ones down on the beach which had thick mattresses pool area very quiet. Staff were very friendly. We had b&b. The breakfast was continental style. consisted of Ham Cheese Boiled eggs bread (toaster) marmalade jam greek honey greek yogurt tinned peaches fruit cereal coffee tea orange juice . But all in all i will return.
