Firstly I would like to say what a beautiful hotel! The grounds of the hotel are stunning! I travelled alone as a single parent with 2 children (one with additional needs) I had emailed the hotel a few weeks before to make them aware and they were fantastic and catered to our needs) we were upgraded from originally a casa varanda with sea view to a beautiful family bungalow with a kingsize bed and a seporate room with 2 single beds! The aircon was superb and the room was clean and nicely decorated with a boho vibe to it. Only downside to the room was how small the bath was, for a 5’7 woman it was pretty tiny but the shower worked fine. We stayed in room 481 and had a view of the gym and water slides and farm land. There are 2 pools with 2 additional smaller pools attached, one being by the main hotel which I found was pretty quiet more couples and adults spent time at this pool or with much younger children (toddlers) and then the other pool down by the beach had 2 water slides which my children loved and a larger swimming pool which was so warm like a bath. Down at this pool is where the snack bar is, that served the most beautiful fresh food prepared daily from fruit cocktails, salads, wraps, baguettes, sandwiches, ice cream, waffles, crepes, pizza, pies, chips, kebabs, gyros the list goes on but the food was stunning and something for everyone! I would like to say a special thank you to Katherina who served the waffles and crepes! This lady along with all the staff works super hard all day long and made my son who has autism feel so special and made up loves special waffles! Thank you. This pool is more lively! More music and hussle and bussle! The only down thing I will say is that there needs to be some drainage around the slide area, although the lifeguard works tirelessly to get rid of the water children and adults were slipping and hurting themselves all the time. From this pool area you can find a path that leads straight over to the beach! It is beautiful white sands with plenty of loungers free. The sea is warm and the waves are so much fun! It’s a must to go down around 8:15pm for sun set pictures over Turkey! It’s beautiful! The food in the main restaurant is lovely! There is something for everyone to enjoy! We loved the chocolate pancakes of a morning! the grounds and gardens of the hotel are covered in fresh fruit and veg all grown to use in the restaurant which is stunning and the gardeners work long and hard to preserve this! The kids club wasn’t great, not well advertised and pretty much catered for the German children same with the mini disco of an evening. This is at the front of the hotel and although the kids didn’t quite understand most of it they still danced and had some fun. We have fell in love with Kos and have booked to come and stay at the Grecotel casa paradiso again next august! We are counting down the weeks! Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will see you again in a year!!!

This year was our 3rd time in the resort as a family with young kids and extended family members. In our opinion it is a very well balanced resort for us. Not too fancy, but very comfortable, spacious, clean, well maintained, with enough activities to go around whole day with the kids. It also nice to see the improvements and changes, such as brand pool looks, upgraded bathroom near the main bar, kids area, and home grown veggies. Staff always there and approachable, excellent food variety, all fresh, and tasty. Sea is warmer on this side of the island, which makes you enjoy it more than on the other side. Wifi is not covering 100% of the area, but I am sure it will get better. Covered areas have stable connection and sufficient bandwidth. PS - Someone wrote here that he/she was waiting for toast for 20 minutes. :-D I have no idea how that could have happened as toast machine is self service and takes minute (was doing toasts to kids). PS2 - Really appreciated staffs help with arranging logistics around getting medicine for our kid that got sick. VERDICT - Looking forward coming again!

Just returned from a 10 night stay at Casa Paridiso with my wife and 2 kids aged 7 and 10. We arrived around midnight and were swiftly checked in and shown along to our family bungalow (470) nice to see 4 little snack bags waiting for us if required. We woke up next morning and opened the blinds to our sun baked terrace overlooking the outdoor gym and lovely sea views, literally 50 yards to the pool and 50 more to the lovely sandy beach, perfect. 20 minute walk along the beach to marmiri, couple nice little restaurants and shops to visit, more than worth the walk. Room was spotless, fresh bedding, towels, 2 bottles of water every single day. Food was nice, plenty choice all day every day, nothing was too much hassle for Kostas and his hard working always happy to help team. Entertainment each night runs on a 7 day cycle, Javier and his guys were brilliant, worked hard and kept everyone entertained 💯, it varied from live music, magician show to bingo and ****** nights, something there for all tastes I’d imagine. 2 separate kids clubs one for German kids and one for the rest, seemed a bit strange as it was a mixture of countries from all over Europe there certainly during our stay. Overall fantastic holiday and can’t wait to go back 👍🏻

Great holiday from start to finish. We stayed in a family bungalow (472) which was spacious, clean and had air con. The main restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and something for everyone. My youngest especially liked the morning cheesecake!! Pool bar was also great, we loved an afternoon crepe and cocktail. My only negative was how slippy and lack of drainage round the pool, myself and my kids slipped over. Maybe also hooks on the umbrellas for bags due to the excess surface water? It's expected to be wet but it seemed to be a lot. All in all, we would definitely come back.

It was a great two weeks at the beginning of September. The weather was still very good and the sea very warm and calm. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, perfect for those looking for relaxation and beautiful views. We chose the bungalow option with a sea view (I highly recommend it). The hotel staff speaks excellent English and has always been very helpful. We took our parents (who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary) and were surprised with a very nice surprise by the hotel staff (wine and cake in the room). Thank you very much! Such a spontaneous gesture made our stay unforgettable. My parents were very touched, we will definitely return to Casa Paradiso. As usual in Grecotel hotels, the food was excellent. There was an additional fact worth appreciating here - vegetables and fruits from the hotel garden landed on our tables (pumpkins, zucchini, cucumbers, bananas, lemons etc). Great idea! A beautiful example of care for our planet and social responsibility. Plus the smell of herbs (lavender, rosemary) in the evening while walking - simply amazing! Hotel beach - beautiful, wide with light sand. Very clean sea, gentle access to the water (children and elderly people felt very safe). You can always find beach beds available at any time of the day. The beach bar (you have to cross the local street) offers drinks, softs, coffee, ice cream, pancakes, waffles and healthy snacks. The service was very nice and always smiling. My overall rating: EXCELLENT+!! :-) "plus" is for the eco-friendly approach and creating a family atmosphere. We felt like friends, not just guests. Thank you so much Grecotel Casa Paradiso :-)

My girlfriend and I visited Grecotel Casa Paradiso in mid-June of last year, and our stay was nothing short of magical. After a relatively short transfer from the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, their accommodating nature throughout our week stay truly made the holiday exceptional. The modern pools offered a refreshing escape, and we never had any trouble finding comfortable sunbeds. The beach, adorned with soft, sandy shores, provided breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe. The all inclusive food was one of the highlights of the whole trip. There was something for every palate, with a variety of local dishes and homegrown produce (which is grown around the grounds of the hotel), as well as the delicious fresh fruits section. We were particularly impressed with the themed section that varied each day, which added a bit more excitement to our meals. The selection of all-inclusive drinks exceeded expectations, boasting some of the highest standards we've encountered in our travels. There is a half hourly bus service that stops outside the hotel, offering you the chance to venture into Kos town, however the truth is that the sheer beauty and comfort of Casa Paradiso was so captivating that we found ourselves hesitant to venture too far. The allure of the resort, combined with its amenities and surroundings, made every day at the hotel an experience we didn't want to miss. Choosing between exploring nearby towns and savouring the delightful offerings of Casa Paradiso became a delightful dilemma, showcasing the hotel's irresistible charm. Without a shadow of a doubt we would return again; we have already booked a stay for September! The resort's charm has left an indelible mark, and we find ourselves eagerly anticipating our return, Casa Paradiso is undoubtedly a gem, and we can't wait to relive the magic of this exceptional retreat.

An ok place but take the marketing photos with a pinch of salt. The pictures on their social media and website have been heavily photoshopped and a lot of descriptions are inaccurate. For example the beach side BBQ is actually a grill section within the buffet restaurant, a 15 minute walk from the beach. The "beach bar" is at the top of the beach, over a sand dune, across a main road, and past two pools. Although they say premium spirits are included they will always have "run out" of anything that isn't house spirits and won't do anything about it. Front desk staff were all lovely and the lobby is beautiful but the deeper in you go the service gets worse and the facade starts to slip. Our family room was dated and cramped. They are very good at providing cot beds and highchairs however I wouldn't recommend for toddlers as none of the pools have sloped entrances and are all deep and the kids pool is at the top of a slippery slate stair case.

Been back home for a week now and still wishing we were still in Kos at the Grecotel Casa Paradiso. From the minute we arrived and had warm welcome from Georgios(?) we couldn't have asked for anything more - our luggage was transported to our room - which was situated in a nice quiet spot and the balcony was open on three sides giving us multiple views, including the sea! The room was nicely laid out with a large double plus a single 'day bed' and the bathroom was more than acceptable with a great over head shower. Room cleaned every day without fail. We also had a very nice surprise of a chocolate cake and a bottle of red wine waiting for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary - thank you so much for that (and the fruit platter later in the week!) This leads me nicely on to the restaurant and meals - I have never seen such a well run buffet - nothing ever ran out for long, with dishes being replaced continuously, as well as used plates and cutlery being taken away. Food wise, we are both vegetarian, and had let GCP know in advance, but didn't need to , as there was always plenty of choices both breakfast and dinner (we only did lunch once as stayed on beach) We never once struggled to fill our plates, both with hot food and a multitude of salads - and they were all well labeled! There was always a vegetarian soup at dinner and the choice of bread was amazing - not going to lie, we put weight on! Likewise, we couldn't fault the range of drinks available - some great tasting wines at dinner and tasty cocktails from the bar - and to our knowledge, no one ever overdid it or abuse the availability. We even won a bottle at the fun Bingo night - run so well by the hard working Entertainments team! As I mentioned, we spent every day on the beach chilling and sea was always warm enough for swimming, apart from one day doing a three islands boat trip. Would we return? In a heart beat! Thank you GCP for a great holiday!

We are currently at Casa Paradiso (two adults and a 7 year old) and it is just wonderful! The pools are excellent and the water slides have kept our daughter entertained for days! The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, the bus stop to Kos Town is just outside. People on Tripadvisor have said the food is repetitive, but this is not the case. Yes there is spaghetti bolognaise and pizza every day, but the meats are varied and desserts are different each day. The bar staff are friendly and fun and the drinks options are huge! I am already looking at booking for next year, we just love it. If I was to have ONE negative comment, wifi connection in the bedrooms could be better. Otherwise a superb holiday in October sun!
