it was a busy week when we stayed. just a normal transaction from the staff. nobody connects us for the entire week.

Our room was very spacious and the view was magnificient, we can see the sunset from the room.

This hotel totally awesome place to stay with friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed to rest, nice amenities to use while staying, delicious breakfast with various menu to choose. But it is nicer if check in progress can be shorterned. Waiting time for check in process a bit long compared to other nice hotel. But good thing is, safety deposit is not mandatory here compared to other hotel in KK.

This is my 2nd time stayed in this hotel in Kk. First in 2023, then in 2024. A Very good hotel with good breakfast. The menu so good. Room spacious and very nice. Hot shower is great came with good soap. Everything good.

Amazing hotel with great room, buffet breakfast and location within Kota Kinabalu city centre. I wish there are more convenient shops nearby though

Booked during promo so very much worth it. Bed was great, request for twin bed is easily approved, swimming pool is nice, though it could do with more chairs/tables. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices, loved the coffee. Parking was free, hotel ambience was great. Will definitely visit again for holiday with family! 💕

It's clean, the staff are friendly and nice, their facilities are quite advance, they have the touch screen switch to turn on the lights. Best location.

Very clean and new. Looks like being renovated. Came here for seminar as the talk is organized inside the hotel. The location is good as it is in the center of the city. Service is good except that check in counter only have 2 and average waiting time is about 30 minutes for check in. However, maybe due to the hotel is full, our rooms are not ready when we check in at 3pm. But the hotel upgrade our room to another available unit which we will give a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is good and many variety, only the structure of the dining area is very inconvenient as the dining area too small and many corners which is not convenient to obtain the food especially for the beverage counter. The dining que line is too long due to the location where both the coffee machine are too close to each other and doesn’t not have any turning point and the coffee machine is very very slow. Suggest to change to a bigger dining area as the dining area cannot fit the number of customers especially for a seminar of 200+ people and refill is slow and we only have 1 hour lunch time where queing for food already took almost half an hour. Other than the above, I am satisfied with the hotel.

Everytime i come to kota kinabalu both on working and leisure visits this would be my hotel of choice. Located in city area but by the sea it gives a relaxing ocean view is also a walking distance to shopping malls, "Pasar Filipina" etc. However, i was shocked i had to pay rm5 per entry fee for car park. Being the hotel guest they should've waived the fee.

Nice and good service hotel. Big and clean room for tourist and family.

My family were very happy w the hotel services. The location of the hotel is also nearby to the famous food court. Perfect for seafood hunter. Thumbs up!

This is my third stay in this hotel and it seems I've been coming back to this same hotel every time I'm in KK.. My first time was more than 20 years back. It seems this hotel has been very good with its upkeep and has been refurbished and renovated. The look and feel is as though it is a new hotel. It seems the upkeep and the room has been refurbished with a new look. And the toilet is really nice. Congratulations.keep up the good work and I like the reception services. Will definitely come back again.

This hotel is good.. the receptionist is very friendly and very polite.

Very good experience. Just need to place hair brush/ comb and slippers in the room.
