The breakfast was so bad, they used to give a repeated pack of bad-quality pieces of cheese and croissants and awful muffins. I couldn't eat at all.

Close to Airport. Clean. Left hand lift quite slow.

The place is so out of town. Not a suitable location for a tourist.

Snowy day at this hotel

Sanitation is good

The service is average. The room is very clean, but the facilities are a bit old, so the mattress is a bit off, the water in the sink is too slow, and the rubber mat of the water plug in the bathtub is dry, so I can't use it after receiving the water.

Nice and comfortable room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Seems like they rent long term and residents were noisy late into the night.

This is an excellent budget property. Very clean and very helpful staff especially at the front desk. The AC in the room is very effective. Had a good stay. Many thanks

The hotel was in a warehouse industrial area therefore no restaurants or shops or anything to do.

We booked a last minute stay due to a delay in our flight that would cause us to miss our connection. However, while in the air, the airline redirected us to Montreal instead of Toronto due to bad weather in Toronto. This hotel REFUSED to refund our money. We had booked for 2 nights in order to catch the next flight to our destination. They could have at least refunded the second night as there was plenty of notice. Not impressed.

Sink was plugged, needs plunger. Missing hook on the bathroom door inside. Window heater unit plug did not stay in the socket, I had to use tape to secure it.

An airport shuttle service would’ve been most helpful and we were very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast

I didn’t even stay at the hotel and they charged me for the entire night. Terrible staff.
