I like the location. But they didn’t maintain well the room. . Water leaking from the shower. Wifi not working. You can watch youtube from the TV. I like about the staff honestly. I left my earing but they informed me. 5 star for the honesty. But overall stay is okay because of the reasonable price. Cannot expect more. Might consider staying they again for budget hotel.

Every month akan stay sini. Sebelum ni suka stay di ATAP Hotel sbb lokasi & fasiliti dia. Tp lately, selalu dpt bilik yg water pump dia slow, lantai tandas air bertakung. Minta tukar bilik, selalu full plak. Staff semua baik. Cuma hotel pny facilities kena upgrade la sket.

All good..reasonable price for the facilities. Future Upgrade Suggestion : Need to have electricity supply backup. Surely will book the hotel again if the price will be maintained.

We moved from one hotel to another for a week in Kota Kinabalu and this is the most convenient hotel li terms of location provided you do not check in & out during weekends👍 because Gaya Street Market is infront of the hotel!

Super convenient location along Gaya Street - walking distance to various coffee shops and cafes! Also just a ten minutes walk to the jetty. 10/10 location I would say. Value for money for the price of SGD30/night for two people. Water dispenser at the lobby is a plus. Room is quite old though and room service is not provided unless requested.

Value for money. Front desk will contact guest to confirm check in time and aircondition switched on prior arrival that make feel welcomed and comfortable. Location was great and all room ammenities was good.
