Within walking distance to krakow centre also delicious bakers and coffee shops on route about 10/15mins walk weather was fantastic plenty to see and do taxis very cheap and also the beer.done Auchwitz tour had excellent guide there was about 14 of us.would say do it on a much cooler day.it was 36degrees last month on day of tour .glad a did it .to actually be there is on a completely different level.the polish people very nice and helpful when a got bit lost one day.visit the Jewish headquarters and sample the local food the cakes delicious had fab time would go back 😁

Very good location clean enough even though towels weren’t very fresh. It’s definitely a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. We only slept and showered there so good enough for that there’s no restaurant or bar there which is a shame as I’d have spent a bit of time there in the evening after full day’s sightseeing. Plenty of places around for breakfast on the go or the surrounding hotels offer you to pay for their breakfast but check it out first as some tea aren’t worth the money. Personally if I went again I’d choose a different hotel

Locked out on arrival lucky my phone worked to get codes for doors no reception on site no restrant as advertised no phone in room no english tv wifi excellent once you get login stairs a killer but great location close to everything

Aside from the room being clean & the bathroom sufficiently large it was not good experience. No soap in the bathroom sink dispenser & only a little in the shower dispenser. No lift to any floor (3 in all), no staff whatsoever so no-one to request more soap etc. The room we had was street facing so early hours revellers & early morning deliveries woke me up every morning. The bottle refuse collectors were very noisy, not that they could really help it i suppose but if you stay here ( & i wouldn't again) get a room back of the hotel. It was cheap but i'd rather haver paid more for better service. A plus was it's located only 10 minutes from the bustling city square. I don't know exactly how much the 4 night stay was as it came as part of package with flights & transfers through an on line site.

rooms nice and clean comfy beds 3 story’s 6 flights of stairs no lift great location 10min from square 25 min from balice airport no reception, we arrived locked out of the hotel. tried phoning the number on google no answer. website said hotel was closed. we had to ring love holidays support team to get in contact with the hotel. we was on hold to love holidays while they did this, they got us a number to ring to get the code for the hotel. ridiculous system. why wouldn’t the phone number be on the front doors to the hotel? says free wi-fi but does not give you password so you can’t use it. no instructions to use the air con. overall nice clean room. no milk for tea and coffee. the number for the hotel is +48 606 633 611 . they will give you code for hotel front doors and code for key box at room.

We arrived to a locked door, phoned a number to be given codes to access hotel and room, room was dated, crowded but bed was comfortable and bathroom very modern and clean On reading the rooms amenities booklet it gives details of channels available on the tv, only 3 work and all in foreign language It advertises a restaurant downstairs, after arriving late we got up and went downstairs to check out what was on offer in the restaurant only to find when we opened the door it was a building site and we’ve had to put up with nematic drills running from dawn to dusk with no indication of stopping or any kind of notice to those staying there that this was happening so it’s advertised nice looking hotel both here on trip advisor and other websites are very misleading and not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone

The price is certainly right, and so is the location, right in the University district with loads of eating and drinking spots, and a few minutes' walk from city centre. Beds and amenities in the small room were generally comfortable. A number of downsides though: no lift to our 3rd storey room; towels (2 small) and toilet paper were not replaced throughout our 6 night stay; the "front desk" (actually an associated nearby hotel) was not able to help with that or to give us a spare for the single physical room key. You might say you get what you pay for but there's no excusing the management changing the code on the key box our last day there, so that we would have been locked out if not for the intervention of cleaning staff who just happened to be there. Would recommend this budget stay for a shorter time than we'd planned on.

Fantastic location to walk to the old town. Lots of great bars and restaurants within a few mins walk. The process of gaining the entry details for a very simple process. For what we paid for the nights stay, I can not find any fault with the room. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed with friends for weekend break, my room was clean and bright. Skin light and small window make it difficult to sleep . Room not cleaned or bedding / towels changed throughout our four night stay . No lift, steep stairs. Got shouted at a care taker type fella, when I was sat on the stairs waiting for my friends to go for breakfast, language barrier didn’t help. Great fridge and shower. Wouldn’t be in a rush to stay again.
