"Very nice place for solo travelers as it is a student living so the room is made for comfort. Very good value of money. Just keep in mind because it is a student living and not a hotel so amenities like hairdryer is not present, and also after-service is not the same. For example, I left something in the room after I checked out and my email to retrieve it was left unread. The staffs when I was there was nice, so the stay as along as you are there is good."

"Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer."

"Everything was good. The room is small but clean, bedsheets and towels white and clean, too. The location is perfect - next to the train and bus stations, and close to the Old Town with all these beautiful buildings. There is a cafe next to the hotel and the grocery shop across the street, and a large shopping mall in the other direction. From the window of our room we were able to see a nice church :) If I come to Krakow one more time, most of all I will choose this hotel again."

"The hotel is in a very good location, close to the old town. Breakfast is very good and many food options available. Service is good too, not the best as you need to ask if you want the room cleaned or towels changed but as you ask, they do it right away"

"The location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. Although the restaurant and bar are downstairs, it does not affect sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's cooperation restaurant for breakfast. I didn't see the previous evaluation. Because the cafe is downstairs, brunch is provided, which is very convenient. The elevator is very satisfied, don't worry about the old house climbing stairs."

Amazing
DDFantastic 4 star Hotel. There was nothing I could fault. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile and always helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, straight over the road from the train station and mall. Makes getting to and from the airport effortless. If we ever come back to Kraków we will rebook this hotel.

GGuest UserDoubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

Unfortunately, room 105 is not quiet because the air conditioner is too noisy and to complete the noise of the tram rails located in a short distance continued to feel, Until midnight, and then it took over around six, and even though you weren't very much in the room during the day, the evening and early morning it became intolerable, sometimes it was also trembling the room.
Excellent breakfast with little sweet for us Italians
By changing the room I would advise him lively

The room was cleaned and tidy, and had a modern decoration. The staff are all accommodating and very helpful in providing you information about the City (krakow). Most of the stuff are very friendly and I almost felt I was home the way I was accommodated and treated.
Overall, I highly recommend the place. Superb experience😊👍🏻🫶🏻

There are a total of three power outlets available.
The shower has good water pressure.
Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m.
The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.

GGuest UserLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo)
You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker.
Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up.
On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean.
For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

The hotel is quite new, the price is good, and there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket next to it, which has everything. There are also some restaurants within a ten-minute walk. DdelThe location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff .
