Very good service, Jega and Kyroz were very helpful on the front desk. Great location and nice room. Only slight downside was the smell coming from the shower drains but other than that was a very pleasant stay. Would recommend and be happy to return!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm and professional service made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

It’s also worth noting that the street where the hotel is located can feel quite quiet at night, with very few people around. Occasionally, I noticed individuals sleeping on the grassy areas nearby, which might make some guests feel uneasy if walking alone late in the evening.

I had a really great stay here! The location is seriously unbeatable — just a short walk to Clarke Quay MRT, and surrounded by so many food spots, cafes, and tourist attractions. I could walk to the river, Chinatown, and even Marina Bay if I felt like it.
The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always smiling. The whole vibe felt very welcoming.

I've stayed here before (back when it was the Fragrance Hotel - Pearl), and this time I returned for 3 nights with my family and our kid. The online check-in was a fantastic time-saver. Honestly, the staff were the highlight—super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Just a heads-up, there's a tap for drinking water, so no bottled water is provided.
My only real issues were with housekeeping. They'd ring early just to hand off towels and bags, but then they wouldn't actually clean the room or empty the bins later. Also, they never refilled the complimentary coffee and tea sachets once, which was a bit disappointing.

We stay two nights here and they have 24 hours reception! We can easily request late check in, just send them email so that they can keep the room. Good location, near bus stops only less 5 minutes walk. From hotel to city center we use bus no 33 and vice versa. Room are clean and shower pressure is great! Toilet comes with bidet, yay! Staff are friendly, you can store your bag for couple hours after check out.

Amazing stay the unit was clean, they’re able to change the towel every day.. Location wise we’re near to convenience store and hawker.

Pros:- staff was nice they even let us do early check in and early breakfast.

Cons: air con only made sound didn’t cool down room. It didn’t have heating features either.
Room is too small, literally won’t even have space to open your bags.
Will barely get hot water in the shower. You have to remember to turn on switch to use hot water later on.

The location is great as it is very close to Telok Blangah Mrt sration by an 8 min walk. There is also a bus stop outside its sister hotel Mount Faber to get to Harbourfront MRT station and food centre under 5 mons. 
The amenities are basic and the bed is comfortable. However, there were occasions of mosquitoes in the room. When I gave the feedback, the room was free of it. It would be great if the doors when closed make less noise and the housekeeping staff keep the noise down when performing their duty in the morning because the walls are not sound proof. 
Overall, my two weeks stay here was pleasant and if the prices are right, I will stay here again🙏

Had a wonderful experience at ibis budget Singapore Bugis. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early by MRT from Changi Airport and didn't have a car. The hotel is conveniently located near Bugis MRT Station-only about a 10-minute walk. Along the way, you'll pass Bugis Junction Mall and lots of local eateries, making it a perfect location for food lovers and city explorers.

We initially asked the staff to store our luggage since check-in wasn't due yet, but we were lucky-the room was available, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. That gave us time to freshen up and head out for a quick city tour before attending a concert at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, which is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

In short, the location, staff service, and convenience made our stay fantastic. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable and strategic place to stay in Singapore

A pleasant, comfortable, clean, looks new budget hotel. Halal eateries and others nearby, bustops right in front of hotel entrance and across the road with various routes to city and elsewhere make it a place of stay which offers a lot of convenience. Al-Fayidah Restaurant opens 7am-2am, while al-Amaan offers tasty Indian Muslim and Thai style cuisines opens daily 11am-5am. Masjid Hussein Sulaiman is a 6-8mins walking distance. Check-in was smooth and Mr Firdaus  the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. 
Except that the room was rather small, no cupboard just hooks. No bottled drinking water. No hook in⁷No fridge only hair dryer and basic toiletries provided.

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip.

A very decent hotel, impeccably clean. The room is simple and not very large, but every detail has been thought of. A bottle of water would be nice.
The location is excellent, close to the metro and the airport bus, the area is decent, and there are good cafes and a grocery store nearby.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for a budget option!

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with Metro Line 3 right at its doorstep. A large supermarket is conveniently located downstairs, and small shops nearby offer cheap fruit. Atocha train station, Madrid's busiest, is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel itself is relatively new, though the beds are a bit narrow and the bathroom felt slightly cramped. The Western-style breakfast includes fruit, coffee, and yogurt, but no vegetables. Overall, it's a decent option, especially considering hotels in Madrid tend to be quite expensive.

This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating.

The room is small, but it is described in the room description, so it is in line with expectations. The room is clean and sanitary, the decoration is small and exquisite, it is a budget hotel with reasonable price, as the name says, it is a good choice for those who consider the budget. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is not good, but it is a pity that there are no vegetables.

Basic amenities, as expected from an Ibis Budget. But clean, polite staff, and a perfect location.

The staff were well trained and careful, the room was cleaned and cleaned, the kitchen was not available during the night period. 

I was surprised by this hotel. The rates for those dates were very high for hotels I usually go to, Mercure or. Estanplaza for example. I didn't expect much but I felt very good in a decent, small place with a lot of express service. I think what I paid is high for what the hotel is but the rates in other places were very high. The hotel is neat, clean with very good service and facilities. The shower ran great and the bed was very comfortable. To take account.

The room is very cramped, but the facilities are complete. There is no bath gel or shampoo, so you need to prepare it yourself. The bath and toilet are separated. The hot water is good, but there is no handrail in the bathroom, and the floor is slippery. I don't recommend it for the elderly. The narrow bed is enough. The external environment is relatively good, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and bars around. There are not many homeless people, so it is relatively safe. There is a rich morning and the service staff is also very good.
