Замечательное место с великолепным персоналом – все такие дружелюбные и приветливые, а девушки на ресепшене – просто золото. Горничные – настоящие ангелочки. Интерьер отеля просто супер, я была уверена, что это пятизвездочный отель, никогда бы не подумала, что он четырехзвездочный. Всё действительно сделано на самом высоком уровне

Отель в Краснодаре оказался прекрасным выбором, особенно учитывая уго удобное местоположение и уютные номера. Приехали мы поздно вечером, поэтому в ресторан отеля на ужин уже не попали. Но рядом есть классные места, где ночью можно вкусно покушать. В общем, остались мы очень довольны.

Очень понравились номера. Тихие, уютные, стильные. Ремонт сделан совсем недавно. Девушки на ресепшн очень милые, особенно Ангелина ;-) Швецкий стол тоже очень неплох. На обратном пути обязательно заедем на пару дней погостить и погулять по городу.

Лучший отель, в котором мне приходилось останавливаться в Краснодаре. А мне есть с чем сравнить. Всё удобно, чисто, уютно. Нет никаких посторонних запахов или звуков. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень приятное постельное белье.

Об отеле остались положительные впечатления, номер у меня был расположен на 3 этаже, что похвально-не было необходимости лишний раз утруждаться, поднимаясь по ступенькам, так как был предусмотрен лифт и попасть в него было вполне реально. Номер комфортный, в нем чисто, свежо, были все необходимые средства гигиены, чистое постельное белье. Сам отель расположен удачно, рядом есть супермаркет, в котором можно купить было все необходимое, отдельно хочу отметить ресторан при отеле, в котором можно было вкусно поужинать.

Хорошее сочетание цена-качество. Номер просторный, есть всё от дополнительной подушки до средств для принятия душа и халата. При отеле есть ресторан. Готовят вкусно и быстро. Лифт в здании 4 этажа - это вообще супер удобно!

Отель отличный! Расположение для нас удачное, номер уютный, чистота, очень удобный матрас и подушки, приятное постельное белье и мягкие большие полотенца. Сам отель очень красивый, в классическом стиле, но без перебора. Косметика в ванной комнате также порадовала, персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. Особенно хочу отметить вкусный завтрак. Мы очень довольны и с удовольствием снова остановимся.

Приезжали в город отдохнуть. Отель поспособствовал нашему комфортному пребыванию. Сотрудники вежливые и доброжелательные. Девушки на ресепшене достаточно приятные. Обслуживание на высоте, много можно получить, не выходя из номера. Это удобно. Цены вполне приемлемые и расположение удачное. Обязательно сюда вернёмся.
