Use extreme caution when renting a villa in Tuscany. The experience is very varied. We were on a family reunion needing a second villa to support all of us. The air conditioning was very poor in some of the bedrooms. When I asked the manager to look at it all he could say was sorry. I also asked for a fan and was told no to this request. Communication was very poor as well. The manager only responded to the use of What’s App never to a text or phone call. We ordered items for a pantry and many things were missing. In the end we were asked to pay for meals and pantry items in cash euros. Since we were not carrying the cash we wrote a check but were charged a 10 percent VAT tax. None of this was explained in advance. The other Villa was an entirely different place. Comparing the two villas. Villa Parmolaia was like being treated like a second class citizen. As well many items were in disrepair ie broken toilet seat. Bath tub leaking hot tub jets broken. We even had limited towels and toilet paper——2 towels per person for the week 1 for the shower 1 for the pool. There was also no soap shampoo etc which the travel agent said would be included. Beware of Tuscany Italy. Very tricky!

Шикарный отель, а как он украшен к новому году, уже при входе в отель-ты оказываешься в сказке. Мы жили в номере люкс на 2 этаже, все на высшем уровне. Хочется отметить ресторан и его сырники наивкуснейшие.

Атмосферное и красивое место !Огромные светлые номера с шикарной мебелью в стиле ампир ,деликатный и вежливый персонал ,вкусные завтраки ! На территории виллы есть спа зона ,где можно испытать все прелести финской сауны и освежающего бассейна

Красивый, уютный отель, прекрасный номер, в номере халаты, тапочки, все принадлежности есть, чисто. Детям до памяти лет завтрак бесплатно. Приятно были удивлены ценой и качеством, приедем еще. Рядом есть кафе, роща с парком атракционов

Переночевали с Женой в Отеле Вилла Италия. Очень понравилось! Спасибо персоналу и владельцам за красивый интерьер, безупречную чистоту и потрясающий завтрак! В наше бронирование было включено посещение Спа зоны. Она не большая, но с очень уютной сауной и бассейном. Благодарю за отношение к своему делу! Желаю успехов и процветания!

Прекрасные место. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Для молодожёнов сделали очень приятный подарок. С заездом и выезжом не было вообще никаких проблем. Хорошее место для парковки. Так же в номере было очень все красиво и чисто

Остановились с мужем, очень понравилось. Завтраки сумасшедшие. Номера чистые и укомплектованные. Внешний вид помпезный , любителям минимализма точно не сюда, но для того чтобы разбавить впечатления, стоить попробовать.Рядом находятся три ресторана. Если на машине , то только сюда !!!!!

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Необычный интерьер для отеля. В номере было чисто, есть сейф, мини-холодильник, халаты. Расположение неплохое, рядом парк и рестораны. Есть парковка, персонал вежливый. Заселение и выселение прошли быстро.
