The staff are friendly and it was clean and tidy. This was a good stop over for me because they have an Electric Vehicle charger. It cost €25 but it was worth it because I was fairly low on charge. Also, they reserved the space for me and it was a quick charge.

The people at this hotel are wonderful and very responsive. I loved the old world charm and the centralized location. The bed and the room were comfortable, and the buffet breakfasts had a wide array of offerings. I would stay here again and again.

Ich habe wirklich SEHR viele Hotels gesehen! Die Sauberkeit im Hotel Benger ist tadellos. Selbst vom Teppich könnte man essen und das Badezimmer war, wie ein Showroom eines Bad Bath& Beyond. Das beste 3 Sterne Hotel, dass ich jemals sah!!! Die, mehr als sympathische Dame vom Housekeeping, macht einen PERFEKTEN Job! Jedes Krankenhaus sollte Sie abwerben! Ich übertreibe nicht!!! Von den Zimmern im allgemeinen kann ich nur schwärmen! Auch der Gastgeber und somit Besitzer hat Charm und vor Allem Herz im Übermaß!!! Die Geschichte im Inneren des Hotels umhüllt jeden Gast sofort und fasziniert! ... Ich möchte nicht spoilern aber wenn Hotel in Krefeld, dann NUR Benger!!! LOVE IT; TAKE IT!!!
