Lovely and quiet during off season. Staffs are super friendly. The pool was a little small though.

Nice hotel, clean and amazing view on the lake for the beeakfast.
Very quiet, can only hear birds and the fountain from our terrace.

If you need to mix business and pleasure, you’ve come to the perfect place. The landscaped grounds with expansive views over Lake Constance offer plenty of space for meeting or relaxing. Most days I had the indoor pool and whirlpool to myself. My room looked onto the garden and the fridge was supplied with water, soft drinks and even beer, included. Breakfast here is a simple but elegant affair overlooking the lake. I didn’t want to leave!

Le cadre est fantastique. Par contre les suites situées dans un bâtiment en bas n’ont pas d’accès direct à la piscine. Il n’y a pas de rampe d’accès pour les fauteuils roulants ou poussettes.
Il n’y a pas de bouilloire dans les chambres.

Das ganze Team (Empfang, Restaurantmitarbeiter, Houskeeping, etc.) machen mit ihrer professionellen und persönlichen Art den Aufenthalt zu einem perfekten Ort. Die Zimmer sind gross, heimelig und sehr sauber. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Eine 71 jährige Schriftstellerin wird ausgeladen, weil die Hotelleitung anscheinend Angst davor hat "das die Veranstaltung den reibungslosen Geschäftsbetrieb, die Sicherheit und den Ruf des Lilienberg gefährden“ könne. Das ist für ein Hotel, dass internationale Standarts hat, unwürdig.

Mehrtägige Buchung wird einfach grundlos rückgängig gemacht. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus. Wie soll man da denn noch planen können wenn einem die Leitung einfach einen Strich durch die Rechnung macht?

14 jähriger Enkel musste auf dem Boden schlafen, hatte nur ein Kindersofa, Enkelin 20 Jahre auf Klappbett , Betten der Erwachsenen waren mangelhaft, wenig Luxus für ein so teures Zimmer, hätten mehr erwartet, auch die vielen Wege zu den einzelnen Hotelfachs waren kompliziert, ältere Leute hatten Probleme
