Hotel spa Dr Irena Eris to idealne miejsce na spokojny pobyt we dwoje. Doskonała obsługa hotelu, świetna organizacja narciarni, przepyszne jedzenie, a to wszystko w otoczeniu gór i czystego powietrza sprawiły, że z chęcią wrócimy znów.

The best place to relax. Very nice atmosphere. Fantastic food. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the very attractive place, with a beautiful view on Jaworzyna Mount. I 've been going back for 15 years and still high quality:) I recommend Patricia Kuder

Great hotel. Qualified service, deliciious food. It's Worth going back. From every room and the pool with a view of Jaworzyna. You feel taken care of and important. At the cosmetic institute ,they will take care of the beauty and condition of the figure.

Great stay, staff very polite and helpful. It's worth driving such a long way. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna available until 22:00. You can stay in the resort for the whole weekend. In the beauty parlour, you can receive professional advice and feel relaxed.

very good food, amazing breakfast choice, friendly staff, big range of sports activities included in the hotel price: nordic walking, aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, … comfortable bedrooms with balcony and nice view.

We are family of 4 and all of us where amazed by the approach of staff. Atmoshere in restaurant and at the SPA made us all relax and have fun. Great food, great service, very engaged Au Pair. We felt very welcomed and we hope to be back there soon:-)

We had nervous breake down and very big problem with our health after breakfast. ! We don＜ t recommend for family. Nie polecam, szkoda kasy a dyrekcja hotelu bezduszna! VERY HIGH PRICE ON OFFER ! Fatalny parking z walką o miejsce, głośno i poplątana numeracja pokoi.
