This is genuinely a five-star property. I stay in this hotel or the Face Siuites hotel every time I visit KL. I can't find any flaws in both hotels. The city view is exceptional.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy and the design was lovely - I’ll stay at the same place again if I return to Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is right next to a metro station and the Petronas towers are just 15 min of walking away. The only complaint I would have is about the pool. Although the view and the size of the pool is perfect, I found the pool water to be quite unclean.

A really beautiful hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean with a nice little kitchen. The views from the gym and infinity pool made the stay here worth it in itself - they were incredible. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Overall it a lovely stay with a nice walk into the centre.

This was our third stay at The Face Style Hotel, and sadly, it may be our last. Our first stay, when the hotel had just opened, was exceptional—everything from the service to cleanliness was impeccable. During our second stay, we noticed it was becoming a little crowded, but it was still a pleasant experience. However, our third visit was a major letdown. The hotel is now overwhelmingly busy, and the customer service has struggled to keep up. The staff, while not rude, lacked the warmth and attentiveness we expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the high number of guests. The lack of smiles and attention made us feel like just another number in the crowd. Cleanliness, which was once a highlight, was questionable. Some lights in our room weren’t working, and the room itself wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We even walked in to an unpleasant smell, which certainly did not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel. The hotel's location contributes to the chaos, as traffic in the area is terrible, making everything feel even more stressful. The lifts, already a problem during our second stay, are now inadequate to handle the large influx of guests. We had to wait for ages, and when the lifts did arrive, they were packed. The pool, while offering a beautiful view, was also far too crowded to enjoy. While the room sizes remain spacious and the price is still reasonable for the space, the overall experience has not lived up to what we would expect from a luxury hotel. If you're seeking peace, quiet, and relaxation, this is definitely not the place for you. Unfortunately, this may be our last stay at The Face Style Hotel. It seems that, as the hotel has become more popular, the service and quality have taken a significant hit. Not a pleasant experience this time, and certainly not the luxury experience we once enjoyed.

It has a wonderful location where nearby KLCC, with a good view of KL tower & Twin Towers (roof swimming pool). The housekeeping is outstanding, but the room design is weird, such as the socket is located at the end of bed - that when you charge your phone, you need to go to the end of your bed to do it (it has totally no socket at the bed side table area for guest to use.) Second is, the hot water issue, we have asked the Front Desk agent twice to fix the hot water (no hot water supply) at the master bed room, which still no hot water after it. Shared the no hot water issue with the Concierge, their engineering fixed on that day, but the hot water supply become very weak on day after… During the stay, they have a power outage as well; the lobby was full of guests (which they are not able to go up by elevator as power was out). Their Front Desk staff just standing there at the lobby without any proactive explanation, no signage or any notice to the guests that elevator is out of service/ the building is power outage. When questioned the black suits, the male black suits responded that no power now and no idea when will they able to fix the situation. After around 40mins, the fire department came and rescue the people trapped in the lift and power resume around an hour later. Btw, the bar - deep blue in its sister hotel next door is extremely good; their waiters have amazing service skill and proactively helping the guests to take photo and introduce the view of their bar. When the waiter in deep blue knows that I was not able to go back to the guest room during the next building power outage, he arranged me a KL Tower view seat and offered assistance that if I have any trouble, he could assist me to room move to the Face Hotel (the hotel where Deep Blue located) which is the best hospitality I received in this trip.

Location pretty good but I prefer the face suites because the room size.

Stayed in the Face Style Hotel, it was clean and very near the tourist spots. Room was big, Food was decent , delicious and have plenty of choices. Best part was the pool👌 Perfect view of Petronas Tower

Location is good, close by two subway/ Monorail lines. Of course, the rooftop pool is great. Ask for room in „floor B“ to have daylight . The side „A“ is very close to an other building and therefore very dark. Breakfast is okay for a few days, then it becomes boring

The view on the pool amazing. Pool is big and can see the two towel clearly and near.

The hotel is great except that I pity the two receptionists who have to handle so many checkin and checkouts. You could have more receptionist considering you have so many rooms. It feels like the management is overworking its staff and thinks more about revenue than its employees. The pool has the best panoramic views of KL and the twin tower. Room is good especially it includes a pantry area for cooking and a large fridge. This hotel has lots of potential and could command a higher room rate because of its view and room configuration, just lacking the soft human touches.
