Location no argument, too packed at times which causes need to wait for the lift for quite sometime. Friendly staffs.

Very nice view in your room that you can see everyday. Can have access facilities both sleeping lion and axon suite. Downside: so manyyy people checkin in this hotel. Please note a lot of crowd and long waiting available lift. But overall still 5 stars!

My recent stay at the Sleeping Lion Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional.
The hotel's cleanliness and freshness stood out to me. Being a new establishment, it was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.
The hotel's location is another highlight. Situated conveniently near the Pavilion and Lot 10 mall, it offered easy access to shopping and dining options, making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. The gym and pool were not only modern but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to unwind and rejuvenate in such pleasant surroundings after a long day of exploring the city.
Overall, my experience at the Sleeping Lion Hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur.

The whole trip slept with these stains (right side of the bed), even complaint to the house keeping also no action taken. So disappointed and Disgusting!

Very fast and easy check in and check out. Got a KLCC and KL Tower view luckily. So my family sleep with a nice view with open curtain 😁 .not to forget a nice Level 37 to take a picture at sky bridge and sky deck

I have decided to extend my stay at this hotel due to its convenient location. The room is decent and still feels brand new, though the carpet seems to have accumulated dust as it was not vacuumed properly. However, you can call to request a thorough cleaning. If you are driving, you may park with ease as the parking space is wide and easily accessible, although there is a daily charge of RM10. We just parked our car and most of the time we walked.
Reception is available 24/7, throughout my stay, I did not encounter any unfriendly receptionists but if you feel they are not welcoming, try to be courteous before proceeding with your request. 🙏🏼
Upon reaching the elevator, we were lucky to find a short wait time. However, if a large group checks in, the wait time may increase.
Me and my daughter, we had a pleasant stay.
