The room was spacious, but the hygiene was average. There was no front desk. The most unacceptable thing was that they asked for a 200 MYR deposit, which had to be deposited into a Malaysian bank account. How could a foreigner have a Malaysian bank account? There was a machine at the door where we could put the deposit in cash, but after we put it in, they asked us to pay the room fee. Our room fee had already been deducted by Ctrip, so there was no reason for the machine to pay it again! Then while we were hesitating about what to do, the machine popped out of the window and returned to the main screen. The 200 MYR was not returned, and there was no receipt. It was just swallowed up. We contacted the hotel staff by phone, and they reluctantly let us enter the room. As a result, when we checked out, they didn't return the 200 MYR deposit to us! It was lost in vain! Very angry!
