A pleasant stay with friendly service. Located in a prime spot near the Suria KLCC mall and the Petronas twin towers. A good breakfast buffet.

Great location?

There was a slight hiccup in the booking and I made the reservation a little late on the day. There were not many rooms left. The lady at the front desk was very patient and helped to select the rooms. The view of the Petronas Twin Towers was no longer available. She also informed in advance the required high floors. Only rooms with a cemetery view were left. The final choice was The view from the middle floors with the Kuala Lumpur Tower view is OK. The waiters are very enthusiastic and lively Facilities and hygiene. The overall stay experience is okay, but I am not satisfied with the details. The bedside stereo is all gray. The hair dryer plug provided by the hotel does not match the number of sockets in the socket in front of the dressing table. The overall check-in experience is OK, but details need to be improved.

W is located in the KLCC business district. The more popular one is the Pavilion business district, but it only takes about 10 minutes for W and MO to walk there and pass the road inside the mall. Therefore, the location is excellent. There are no good hotels near the Pavilion. Generally, the Mandarin Oriental (older) is here, while the W and Four Seasons are newer. W is relatively young. You must be familiar with W's design. The design is jumpy, bold and novel. The best atmosphere is definitely a drink at night🍸, suitable for young couples and couples! I only went to the swimming pool during the day, but judging from the effect, it should be the most beautiful at night.

It's OK in all aspects, but the motorcycles in Malay are very noisy. It would be better if the hotel provides some earplugs.
