Pros: 1. I arrived early at noon, not very sure whether any room available. The front desk staff (Rony) was very helpful, and able to find a room for me. Check-in was very smooth and I get a room within minutes. Kudos to the front desk. 2. Location was at the center of a busy district, especially during night time. Street food, night clubs, massage parlors are a stone away from the hotel. Shopping malls are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. MRT and monorail stations are nearby as well. 3. The safety box is big enough to keep a 15.6" laptop, and the door is up-facing. Interest design but practical. Cons: 1. The room was pretty dim in lighting, due to the lamps design. 2. The room has no phone, no tissue box and lack of a bathroom floor towel (but was replaced the next day). On the 2nd day, after the house keeping, the toilet roll was missing, and my ear plugs that left on the bedside desk was missing. I suspect the house-keeping staff was not well trained to recognize what items are perishables and which items are reusable, and lack of checklist on the must-do subjects. Since there is no phone, I have to take the lift down to the front desk to ask for the toilet roll. 3. The noise from the street at night was horrible, especially on Saturday night. Even at 2pm, I can hear the noise. Thus earplugs are necessary to have better sleep.

Hotel is clean and nice. Great location. Swimming pool it's great. The only thing is the aircon is since not too cold think maybe it go by central air con it's stay on at 24 degrees

the hotel located near the local eateries area. there are convenience stores surrounding the hotel Hotel staff are friendly and helpful to attend to any additional request. The room sound prove is excellent. The aircon is cold and room is clean.

Location of the hotel is good with plenty of massage places around. However at night, it can be quite rowdy with pubbers around. Water pressure of my room is low for top floor and it's time consuming to finish my bath.

The hotel is pretty clean with swimming pool and gym. Have a small restaurant and G/F but the food there is not that good.

Short walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT station with lots of eating choices around. Good hotel ambience. Attended by friendly staff at check in counter. I am grateful to be granted early check in.

The hotel location is right at the city center, a few minutes walk to Jalan Alor and Changkat 👍🏼.

Highly recommended hotel in an excellent location that’s located right at the heart Changkat Bukit Bintang. There are plenty of eateries, bars, massage parlors and shops very close by. I stayed in a lovely Bronze Suite with comes with basic amenities and a really cozy bed. The room was cleaned properly and everything neatly organized. Finally, i am grateful for the outstanding service provided by Ms Laskhmi from the front desk. She was very patient in addressing my queries and well knowledgeable. An excellent service ambassador - Well done! 👍🏻

Staff are friendly and attentive, clean rooms and pool with a nice view, bed is comfortable, smooth check in and checkout, rate is reasonable. Definitely satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Service was good. A little bit confused about their lift but it's ok. The room is very comfortable and spacious too. The view is great that i can see KL Tower and Pavillion from it. I will repeat again if i have time.

Booked queen bed, get two single bed. Still acceptable but around 2hrs after check in, someone wants to enter my room because the hotel issued the same room for two client. I booked 2night, the second day card disallowed to enter need to ask from front counter to solve *=* Also saw two cockroach in the room 😌

Excellent location to food market Jalan Alor and the pub street, Pavilion and major shopping centres. Smooth check in and check out. In-house massage much safe, convenient and good too.
