Comfortable bed, clean, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. But the a/c is not adjustable, too cold in the room. And water leaking from shower.

Over roll all is good .aricon is cool ,room very clean ,counter staff friendly and every detail of the hotel stay was explained very clearly . The location is very convenient the subway station is just a short walk and the shopping centre is very close to the hotel ! I will recommend to my friend &family. The staff members were polite and always ready to help. No need to stuff your suitcase with bottles, as hotels stock bathrooms with soap, shampoo, and conditioner for free. These essentials are always included in the room cost, and range from mini souvenirs that guests love to designer . I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to staying here again!""Hotel is in a very good location which is within walking distant to KLCC. Next to it is a small mall. There are many food available. No need to stuff your suitcase available.

The plus point of this hotel is location which make your stay conveniently easy to explore any bukit bintang touristy spot... the check in process is also fast and good. Breakfast buffet is just average. If driving, the parking fee is rm8 per day (multiple entry) to park at fairlane residence besides the hotel building.

The hotel is in a very good location if you like shopping and want to explore all these shopping malls at once. The biggest disadvantage is the traffic jam is very heavy, so the best option is to use the local subway service.

Convenient location with plenty of food options and convenience stores right outside. Most importantly, the place was clean and hygienic. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

A very pleasant hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the room cleaning was top-notch. I recommend this hotel, it's well-located for those who want to be right in the city center. The only minor downside is that we didn't get a king-size bed as requested prior to arrival. Regardless, I still recommend it.

Even though the facilities are a bit old, the hotel's location is perfect. There are all sorts of places to eat and shop nearby, including many excellent restaurants. The hotel itself is affordable, the beds are comfortable, and there's also an indoor pool.
