The staff were all very nice. The kettle was quite old and took a long time to boil, so I wish they would replace it with a new type. I don't think I'll use the breakfast buffet again. For the same price, it's best to go to another restaurant (unless you're young and don't care about quality). The coffee corner is free, but it's only open from 3pm to 11pm, so it's a shame you can't drink in the morning, but it's a nice service. The microwave and laundry corner are conveniently located in the common area. I'll probably use it again if I get the chance.

Just needs some renewal in certain areas. Staff did their jobs and the room served its purpose. Room could use some small improvements.

By coincidence, the shower head was loose, so it would be better to replace it. Also, I was surprised to see hair tangled around the shower head, which made me wonder if someone had been there. The bed was good for sleeping.

The facility seemed quite old, and you could feel that in the bathroom. However, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly, so it was a very comfortable stay.

The staff was very helpful, but the cleanliness was lacking. Although the deterioration of the facilities is unavoidable, the chairs, air purifier, and beds were covered in dust, and masks were necessary in the room. That was disappointing.

I was able to get some good rest. Thank you very much.
