Services ok, too many dog around in the area can view Kinabalu mountain

Overall is considered good but the bath mat is not absorbent. The view from room is calming tho.

We came as family. The room is alright. Food at the restaurant is good. However, Wifi is quite poor. Overall, all is well. God bless.

It has both pros and cons as well. As for the pro, the resort was quite strategic to some tourist spots like Kinabalu park it's just nearby which is about 3min drive only. Most importantly it has a beautiful view of the mount from the stay place. The staffs were friendly and able to provide an alternative menu to our vegetarian food on 1st day which was a big relief to us. As for the cons we had some insects at night/early morning (bees)in the room. Otherwise the place was pleasant enough during our stay. Thank you.

The room was basic.. with functioning water heater. The reception is inside the restaurant. There’s leaking from the sink and the toilet flush not working properly. A bucket was provided tho. We didn’t use the shower as its quite hard to control the temperature. Anyway, it a good stay. We slept well, except the guests next door is too noisy even after midnight.

ok for a 2 star hotel. Good location. Rooms are spacious. View from the hotel right on the mount kinabalu when there is no cloud. Nice sunset view also.

the accomadation was clean and comfortable, the view at the parking was amazing and u can see all the mountains from the parking..overall it was really nice

Easy to find, located nearby main road. Family room big enough for 2A3C

We reached there nearly midnight and can't find the location. We called for help and the staff who give us the direction show good service. The room is clean and no bad smell. We can park our car just outside our rooms.

The hotel is old, it is quite far from Kundasang town.

The floor a little bit dirdy and sticky,no tooth brush provided or hair dryer, only a small brick of soap for 3 days and 2 nights,and the water heater is not working while the weather are too cold,Noisy staffs,we can hear their voice so loud and its irritating us,No chill.
