The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said "read it out to me". The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, "you which room? you sit here". One morning she came to me "how many people in your room? not 2 person?", I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

Best hotel in our Taiwan trip so far, a gem hotel in a superb location. The free bike renting is definitely an added point to the stay! Room cozy & staff are wonderful.

Overall well located hotel, rooms were large, we had a triple room. Breakfast is basic and limited, but that was within expectations given the size of this hotel. Afterall there are plenty of food options around tainan. Only issue with our room 307 was that the noise was really loud when next door room 306 turned on the faucet at midnight. Maybe soundproofing is not so good given these are old buildings. Thankfully my child wasn't disturbed by the sound.

Hotel room size is not very big but decent enough. Simple breakfast set but staff are marvellous, friendly and helpful

Super nice stay in this hotel! The breakfast is so delicious with different variety. The staff are also very helpful in answering questions! The room was clean and equipped with reasonable amenities. There were also welcoming snacks for the stay. One of the staff is from Hong Kong, so Hongkongers should pick this for sure !

A hotel with a literary youth style. The room decoration and decorations are very stylish. There are retro snacks. The children are very happy~ The location is very good. There are many attractions and snacks nearby. It’s just that parking is inconvenient. The nearby parking lot at West Gate Circle is more economical and affordable.

Excellent location, very close to Guohua Night Market, with all kinds of delicious food. You can also rent bicycles🚲 for a leisurely tour of the ancient city The room provides local "Ayuan" bath products. The natural products make you feel refreshed after using them. Although there were not many choices for breakfast in the morning, it was delicious. From now on when I go to Tainan, I will definitely stay in Nuanshiche.

I took the free shuttle bus from the Tainan High Speed ​​Rail Station, but there was no bus stop nearby, so I walked about 20 minutes from the bus stop. The carriage was easy to find as it was along the main road. The stylish interior and the amenities such as hand soap and shampoo were from famous ********* brands, and I liked the smell ☺️ It was nice to be able to taste local snacks and juices without buying them. The shower room door once got stuck and I panicked, but I managed to solve it (the part at the top of the door? the stopper? fell down and locked it. It was fine because I was outside the shower room, but if I had been locked inside, I would have panicked 😂). Bicycle rental was convenient! I only stayed one night this time, but it was a place I would like to stay for multiple nights.

There are many restaurants near the accommodation, and it is close to Chikan Tower. The room is very clean and comfortable. The four-person room has a balcony and some snacks and drinks are provided. I will choose this hotel next time. Homestay🙌🏻

I stayed for two nights, but there was confusion when booking a room, which resulted in me booking more rooms without realizing it. Fortunately, the staff helped me make arrangements and follow up smoothly and appropriately. Without having to pay more money. grateful

The location of the hotel is very close to the attractions in the Central and Western District. The rooms are neat and clean. The beds are of moderate softness and hardness, making it easy to sleep. The service staff are friendly and they also provide thoughtful snacks. It is a hotel that I would like to visit again.

The hotel's seats are very good and it's convenient to go anywhere in the center of Tainan. The room was also very clean, the bed, sheets and pillows were all very comfortable. It turns into an unmanned hotel at night, so remember to bring your room key. Overall experience recommended!
