Quiet and clean. Suggestion: The store installs air-conditioning in the glass room at the front desk. There are always friends who have to wait for the airport to be sent off after leaving the room. Like me, although the boss reminded to open the window, it was really hot. No matter how bad the outside hotel is, the lobby has air-conditioning and waiting seats. I believe that the B&Bs in the villa area will do better.

環境超級好，床很軟，房型還升級了，提前到點了也可以入住！前提是有房空哈哈哈，店主小姐姐人也很好説話，小貓咪叫大黃跟33，還給摸摸不怕人！！入住體驗超級棒！

1.酒店服務差，八點多到店，前台都是黑的，打電話也沒啥反應，衹能乾等。2.性價比低，房間小，為了設計感在十多平的住房間強行加了滑梯，臃腫不堪，爬個樓樓道窄，拎箱子基本上擁擠不堪，爬個三樓累得要死。體驗感極差3.洗手間上廁所時發現捲紙都用完了，抽一圈就沒了，印象極差。4.雖名貓舍客棧實則見不到貓。5.離店時，前台説要不要吃餅乾，説提供給住客吃的，以免餓肚子，結果拿了一個吃，卻讓我掃碼，要十塊錢，極度噁心，為什麼不早説，雖然衹要十塊，但是這種見錢眼開的行為大大降低了我對昆明這個城市的好感度。6.交通非常不便，大門不讓滴滴車進，要手拎行李走幾百米進來。且小區裏面定位不準，貿然來的話，出行趕時間非常耽誤事。趕飛機的話千萬別住這請不要打電話修改評論。本人説的是事實，跟朋友一起旅行途徑昆明，沒擦亮眼睛在這個客棧定了兩間

算是給店家一點提議以及後面住客的參考吧。這家的裝修很明顯走的網紅拍照風那一類，看老闆朋友圈應該是五月那會重新裝修過的，那麼翻修時間也沒有很長，以下是缺點： 1.隔音很差。隔壁説話以及走廊外面有啥動靜都聽得到 2.衞生有待提高。在房間裏看到過頭髮；衞生間尤其淋浴間衞生死角多，放沐浴液的架子上有明顯污漬，看得出來沒有擦過這塊；地板也不乾淨 3.毛巾太少。第一天衹有兩條浴巾一條毛巾，第二天衹有兩條浴巾，浴巾磨毛了看起來已經服役很久了 4.空調製暖慢。天熱或者太冷的時候大家慎重考慮，我們到的那天在下雨，晚上氣温低，房間面積也大，衞生間也沒有門都是打通的（為了房間好看犧牲了實用），空調也是放在過道沒有放在床附近的空間，導致空調打一晚上都不咋熱，晚上出被子哆嗦🫨 5.設施不方便。還是因為下雨又冷，所以不可能去陽台坐，吃外賣以及辦公的時候才發現房間里居然沒有能當桌子椅子的地方（衹有一個搖搖晃晃禁不住重量的小床頭桌），最後衹能從陽台把桌子椅子拉進來，椅子還是藤編的雨水打濕了進到縫隙里根本擦不幹，衹能用毛巾墊着坐，問題又回到了毛巾很少，導致洗澡毛巾都不夠用 裝修好看固然加分，但是不能為了裝修好看拍照出片而犧牲住宿體驗，畢竟住酒店第一目的是休息好

位置絕佳房間寬敞乾淨整潔服務到位

房間比較舊，民宿在小區裏也不好找。唯一好的是服務態度。體驗感一般。
