Good location, close to the southern train station so ideal if you have an early morning departure. Also close to the university area so some places to eat and drink nearby. Room was good considering the price. A little difficult to find as it was inside an apartment complex.

Very close to Kunming South station and the room is clean and comfortable. Especially the hotel owner is very enthusiastic to help.

The proprietress is very good, but there was a tenant who kept unlocking my combination lock at around 1:30 last night. It woke me up and scared me to death. Later, I dared to tell them that it was wrong, and then they left. I was next door, there was a lot of noise, I was too scared to sleep, they kept talking again, I really took it, about 3:30 to 4:00 I fell asleep in a daze, and got up around 6:30 for the exam , I had a splitting headache directly. It was really uncomfortable. My head still hurts. I really didn't expect to encounter such a situation, which would directly affect my exam. So sad, but the boss is very nice.
