Haitian Hotel

I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but Kunming Haitian Hotel truly deserves a detailed one! **Location:** The hotel is located right in the heart of Kunming, at the intersection of Tuodong Road and Beijing Road, near Tangzixiang Metro Station exits E and F (Lines 2 and 6). Exit E is just a short turn downstairs from the hotel, and Exit F is directly across the street. Whether by metro, taxi, or bus, getting around is incredibly convenient. Wujing Road, right next to the hotel, is a residential area with a variety of eateries and a small market. The strawberries and blueberries there were delicious and even better value than those at Donghua. There's also a great restaurant called 'Metro Exit Restaurant' near Exit F, serving good food – we ate there several times. The hotel is opposite the Kunming Public Security Bureau and behind either a police station or traffic police brigade, giving you a strong sense of security! **Environment:** The lobby is elegant and grand, offering complimentary hot tea and water, and even has a designated indoor smoking area. The festive New Year's decorations were lovely, with horse-themed mini-games and DIY craft activities in the lobby, which were a big hit with the kids staying at the hotel. My daughter basically wanted to stay in the lobby doing crafts every day and didn't want to go back to the room. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both accessible with your room card. Drinking water is provided in both areas, and the gym even has clean towels – a very thoughtful touch. **Cleanliness:** We booked a family twin room, which was spotless and tidy. The two 1.3-meter beds, pushed together, were perfectly spacious for two adults and two children. The bedding felt clean and fresh. The bathroom was family-friendly; the sink and toilet heights were just right for kids, and the faucet had a cute pink elephant attachment that prevented splashes. While the bathroom size was a bit compact, it was impeccably clean. **Service:** Ex! Ce! Llent! The moment we stepped into the hotel, a young man quickly came forward to help us with our luggage. While checking in, a friendly young lady offered us hot tea. A special thank you to the Assistant Lobby Manager, who proactively helped us coordinate shuttle bus seats to Haigeng when our itinerary unexpectedly changed! Thanks to Mr. Kuang Hao, who promptly found an extension cord and brought it to our room, accompanied the children doing crafts every day, carefully looked after them, and politely declined my sincere New Year's red packet. My daughter specifically told me to give him a five-star review! And thanks to the driver who took us to Haigeng on the morning of the 21st – he enthusiastically recommended many routes to us; he was so warm and friendly. Thank you to every staff member we encountered during our six-day stay; each interaction was met with a smile, polite treatment, and a willingness to help with anything we needed. This trip to Kunming was enjoyable and unforgettable, partly because we chose Haitian Hotel. Back to work tomorrow, but we'll try to see you again this summer!!

Convenient location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were amazing! This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!

I had an early flight the next morning and didn't want to stay somewhere too out of the way. I could go shopping in the city center and nearby malls in the evening, and then take Line 6 directly to the airport the next day, which was super convenient. Hang Lung Plaza and Shuncheng Shopping Center are both close by, and there are lots of great places to eat.

My recent stay at Kunming Haitien Hotel truly surpassed all my expectations – it absolutely deserves a glowing review! First off, the location is truly superb. It's close to many attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient, and taxis are quick and easy to find – absolutely no need to stress about transportation. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the room size was surprisingly generous. While there's an All Seasons Hotel right across the street, Haitien is not only more affordable, but its rooms are nearly twice the size, incredibly bright and airy, ensuring a completely unconfined and relaxing stay for both mind and body. Plus, there are plenty of diverse dining options conveniently located nearby. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty, catering to different preferences. What's more, they thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast for children, a gesture that families traveling with kids will truly appreciate. However, what truly stands out is the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, and amenities were promptly replenished. They even neatly arranged our shoes that we left casually – such attention to detail is truly impressive! Even more heartwarming, fresh milk was delivered to our room every evening. A cup before bed was comforting and soothing, making us feel right at home. Every staff member, from the service staff to the cleaners, greeted us with a smile, showing professionalism and sincerity in every detail. The service was absolutely excellent! Parents traveling with children need not worry at all. The hotel has a dedicated children's activity area where kids can weave toys, play ring toss, or make sachets, keeping them thoroughly entertained and allowing adults to relax peacefully. Even more thoughtfully, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the nearby zoo. This saves the hassle of checking routes and finding parking, making the outing experience absolutely seamless and perfect! Overall, I couldn't fault anything, from the facilities and service details to the excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kunming and highly recommend it to everyone!

An excellent hotel, very centrally located and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We booked a family room, which featured two separate rooms, providing ample space for the kids. The hotel's service and overall ambiance were excellent, and the breakfast was also fantastic. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kunming.

The hotel's environment and cleanliness are top-notch. Immediately after I settled in, a room attendant delivered some welcome fruits, snacks, and milk. The location is superb, with Metro Line 6 right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient for catching flights. I slept soundly all night, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable.

The room was spotless, and the kids' suite had so many thoughtful touches that made the children incredibly happy. The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive. We had an early flight the next morning and wouldn't have time for breakfast, so we mentioned it to the front desk. To our surprise, they even prepared a cold breakfast for us when we checked out. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Kunming!
