The service in the restaurant is at a very high level, the staff is very polite and always ready to help with everything. We had a super cool time and took a break from all the hustle and bustle. The room is very nice. As soon as you enter the room, you feel like you are back home. There is a hot spring pool in each villa yard. It is great to play with the children in the water before going to bed! The best thing is to go to the top of the mountain to have breakfast in the morning. She also patiently introduces us to the surrounding attractions! This stay makes me feel that Yunnan is not only beautiful, but also has beautiful people!

The outside environment is very good, the hotel room facilities are average, the water is too small, there is no hot water after 12 o'clock in the evening, the living room and room are not as big as in the pictures, and the security guard at the door is not nice. I ordered a glass of wine and felt like I was on vacation at the seaside. I watched the sunset. I can also play mahjong in the room. Hahaha. Hygiene: It is very clean and the pool is clean. The only thing is that there are many leaves in the public area. But the private one is very good. Environment: Fresh air. Large area. The public pool area is also very large and good. Service: The service is very good. Muyuntai Restaurant has the best service. The service staff in each restaurant is very good. During breakfast, the waiter Wang Chunhua was very good and polite. She helped my mother squeeze juice and ate a delicious big steak. Dinner was also ordered in the Muyuntai room. It was delicious, clean and full. The point is that although it is a hotel scenic spot, the food is reasonably priced, the portion is sufficient, and it is clean and sanitary and delivered to the room. I looked at the nearby takeout. Not only are there few takeouts, but there are also many bad reviews and high prices. I didn’t dare to order, unless I ordered McDonald’s. The only thing is that the butler service needs to be slightly improved. As a high-end hotel. There is no exclusive butler, and they don't actively inform guests of the butler's phone number or add WeChat to provide services. I have stayed in other similar hotels and the butler service is very good. This place really needs to improve the butler service, otherwise it will be just like an ordinary hotel.
